Hotel was ideally placed for amenities Dollywood short drive/Uber all attractions walkable some short drive (it’s a long road)

It was central to many attractions and quiet. Nice pool and hot tub. Dennys was next door and the hotel offered a great breakfast of their own.

Employees were friendly. Would like to see more ego friendly products. Good hot breakfast. Would have like a pancake maker too. The trolley stop right outside the hotel was a plus.

We booked to go to Dollywood, the hotel is quite close and easy to find. The rooms were clean and spacious which is all you want. The internet worked well. And the pool area at the front of the hotel was clean and stocked with plenty of towels

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge. This was located right on the main strip which made it nice to be able to walk to several places. The hotel did not have many frills but it worked well for our family. Having complimentary breakfast was definitely a plus as well! We would stay here again.

Very clean, quiet rooms, nice staff from Front desk to housekeeping. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, attractions, shopping.

Breakfast in the morning was good had a variety of things from waffles to scrambled eggs and then had to go items as well! Hot tub was amazing!

Overall the stay was ok. Upon arrival they allowed us to check in early which was great. Once entering the room I immediately smelled a very strong musky smell, the sheets on bed and pillows looked stained or dirty, bed was super uncomfortable and so was the pillows. I will say the rooms look NOTHING like what is displayed on the website. The refrigerator broke while we were gone and we lost all our food that was in there. Overall I would not be staying at this hotel in the future. But the breakfast was yummy

The property is dated but clean. It’s convenient to the theme park we were going to. It was a bit uncomfortable having to listen to the heated argument between a guest and staff (guest was in the wrong, not the staff).

Near parks

The staff were so rude checking in and the breakfast staff. Manager was only nice one there. Cleaning people were nice

Loved our stay at Quality Inn.. accommodations were very clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend staying at this location.
