We stayed there from May 29-31. - ceiling in lobby/breakfast area leaking and no bucket or anything, dripping all over dining table/chairs - everything smells like cigarettes - our room had old food in fridge and ashes in bathroom. We changed rooms and our new room had brownish red stains on blanket, the concierge brought me a new blanket - couldn’t get a clear answer about the pool/hot tub but apparently it was “broken” so couldn’t use it, they still have it advertised on their board outside - my son was too creeped out to shower in the room so we had to shower at a relatives house Overall, staff were few and far between but the one I did talk to seemed like he was doing his best but was not well supported by management or owners. You’re better off staying at the Sandman a few minutes away for the same price and far better amenities

Walking distance to town center which has a several stores and restaurants.

Not like the pictures online. Don't bring a black light. Glad we had 2 usable pillows out of 8. No cutlery, pots, pans or dishes. Cooktop and sink, fridge and microwave. Window covering missing. Not enough outlets or broken outlets. Had to move the coffee maker across the room to use it. Definitely not worth the cost. Crappy breakfast. Door lock broken

There was definitely a long term resident that had a lot of traffic to their door. Pool and hot tub didn’t open while there.

Stairwell dirty with gyoroc dust - how long had that been there? And pool and hot tub not working. Ran out of breakfast when a group of hungry teenagers had booked rooms. Understandable, but should have had some supplies to restock.

Yes it was all good

The staff have excellent customer service. Room was clean. But they told me they just renovated the pool and hot tub.. But the hot tub was cold as the pool and jets did not work. Then i went to get a coffee from the breakfast area and the coffe was ice cold. And that was at 615am. No yogurt or fruit like the other Ramadas

Bathroom needs a check,shower terable,no good lights in bathroom.

The staff was INCREDIBLY rude and vulgar over a dispute. Accused my guest of theft without having proof and charged me $100

Poorly kept

Never again! Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Clean room, kind staff, good location. Close to hospital appointment (5 minutes)

It was a very busy wkend in Quesnel and we were happy to get a room. We were happy that they upgraded us from a 1 bed room to a 2 bed, as there was none available when we booked! This property is pretty run down, and hasn't been updated in quite some time. Staff were friendly at check in, the breakfast was mediocre and the room was fine for the wkend. Location was great and close to everything downtown.

The room that I had booked had no heat in it. They had portable heaters which they felt was sufficient. The lobby smelt like pot then I checked it. The security bar for the sliding door was not long enough to latch They did give me a new room. The building was very run down and need of some maintenance.

As expected

Sofa bed broken . Not able to get a set of sheets fot it. Door to stairs slams shut e erytime someone comes through it . No elevator .aking it difficult for ppl with mobility issues.

Had my medical device slightly leak onto sheet while sleeping, leaving a small stain on sheet. Meaning, I get a full 200 dollar damage deposit taken. Must mean they don’t have, and can’t afford to clean or change bedding unless charging your 200 deposit
