When you book a room with a queen bed it’s no acceptable to get two singel beds pushed together with one large mattress on top. The two beds kept gliding apart the big mattress sagging in the middle. Shower room had stains on tiles and signs of black mold.

The location had nice rooms overlooking the water (not right on the water), the staff was excellent and so was the breakfast buffet. Only 1 towel in the room, though. Still excellent

Very nice hotell and good service. There’s not a specific parking place that belongs to the hotel, if you have a car you need to park it in the P-hus and it’s around 20kr/h unless you find a place in the street that is cheaper. The room was clean and comfy but there’s not a water kettle for coffee or tea.

A good room. To be 'great', in-room USB charge ports would be appreciated. In-room coffee machine, such as Keurig, or similar would be nice. Face cloths in the washrooms, rather than full hand towels would also be appreciated. No clock in the room. A simple digital clock would be nice.

Booked a big bed was given a single bed so not the best nights sleep

The rooms were poorly cleaned, and needed maintenance, part of the interior in the room was hanging loose off the walls, a board intended to protect a heater from being touched by children. No on-site parking. Parking in a parking garage across the street is expensive and seemed too small to fit the large mini bus we were driving. I had to walk 4 blocks to park at a aquatic center, parking there was cheap. Beautiful surroundings and a pretty town. I’m breakfast was ok, Lack of separate bread toppings for Gluten Free Bread is likely to cause cross contamination from other customers.

Great experience and good value for money. Nice view of Göta älv from window. Felt refreshing and clean with good facilities: breakfast options, swimming pool, gym & sauna, only fault was no kettle in bedroom, however after speaking to staff I found out that could have been accommodated. Staff were friendly and approachable. I highly recommend and would definitely revisit.

A great and convient place to stay in Trollhättan. The staff were very helpful , pleasant and friendly.

It was ok for a single night, difficult to get something to eat if you arrive on Sunday evening though- come prepared! Room was a little tired but clean and spacious.

Okej rum, men väntar mig mer av scandic. Smågrejer mest, men fanns inte kylskåp, smutsigt dricksglas, fick be om kudde för fanns endast en mini osv.

Perfect.

Great breakfast and room with a nice view of the river

One of the most modern hotel in the area, clean, comfortable. My only issue was that I reserve a room with Queen bed and got 2 twin beds, when telling this to the hotel service they told me I was upgrade to king bed but these 2 beds were not secure together and on wheels so if you moved during the night you ended up falling on the floor between them !!

We had a room that overlooked the river which was very nice. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean with basic necessities provided. Breakfast was fabulous. One small disappointment was the pool. I had seen a picture of the hotel pool and had hoped to swim some laps. But the pool was very small so not much swimming possible. But it was all very clean.
