Beautiful hotel with great facilities and an amazing staff! Highly recommend for a relaxing or sporty vacation.

Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Staff all so attentive and friendly. The amount of stuff to do for the children was amazing. We will definitely be back. Just amazing !!

Great stay

This hotel suffers slightly from lack of sunshine and many rooms do not have much light - especially the ground floor rooms at the back of the property. The pool is a little cool considering there is no whirlpool and after skiing a nice warm soak is much appreciated. Service is great. The shuttle bus service is really great.

The hotel is quite well located, very easy to hop on the bus and go anywhere. The staff was overall friendly, only situation I felt un-pleased with was dinning; due to COVID restrictions was difficult to get a table, and then they would charge an extra $10 for bringing the food to the room! It felt abusive, a bit like parking also; you are paying $300 per night, and then on top $15 per day for parking (that belongs to them)? Breakfast was delicious and with many options. One of the servers, Diana, is really amazing. The kids club was also a good surprise and the monitoring was great, kids were very happy. The additional features like pool, mini golf, game room, may not be the greatest yet they are very functional and it was very fun for the kids. For 2/3 of the price I would rate the Hotel as excellent.

The room was clean, and the woman at Front desk was very kind. I asked her to change the room to the one with bathtub and desk, and she immediately did it. The only thing I have to explain was the restaurant has only course menu, which costs 52 franc.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The staff was very attentive to our needs and had even laid out bathrobe and slippers for our daughter. There is a free pick up and drop off service to the train station which I think is really great for hotel guests to have. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the restaurant staff was very courteous and welcoming every time we were there.Overall we had a lovely welcome and a wonderful stay at Waldhuss hotel,wish we could have stayed there longer.

The hotel is excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen anywhere. Spa area/saunas were great as well, though the quiet room wasn't very relaxing due to noise from pool area. My only complaint is about the golf course that our room was facing: they started mowing the greens at 6am right outside our window! I would absolutely stay at the hotel again and recommend the place to anyone, but would request a room that faces away from the golf course.

Superb hotel, with amazing staff throughout. Extremely comfortable beds and nice size rooms. If there was anything to say negative of the hotel, it would be the evening menu is slightly limited. Choice of meats, but only with the same sides of veg, same herb butter and fries!! Although the soups, especially the turnip soup is beyond good! However the breakfast selection is excellent, and the bar menu covers those last minute hunger pangs when coming from the slopes. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly be returning.
