The staff were wonderful. The view was spectacular. The location was ideal.

we stayed for one night and they charged us for the parking like $50 for self parking, it didn’t come with the hotel but the breakfast was good and one more thing the elevator was really bad it did not work and you have to pay $90 just for one day for the waterpark and we went inside our room we went toilet and we flushed it and then it broke all the water came up and then if we have to wait like 15 minutes just for the elevator to come and and our room didn’t have the view of Niagara Falls so we change our room. We changed the room. We kept bringing the temperature down so the room could get like cooler we kept bringing it down, but it did not work and we were dying of heat so he told someone to come up and fix it and they fixed it from the outside. to turn it off. and we were trying to turn on because it was cold now and it did not work Sylvia had the worst sleep of our night because when I woke up, I had a sore throat because it was so cold in the room one star for me. I’m never coming back here ever again.

Fire alarming 4am and lasted for one hour.elevator not working properly. Falls view room itself is indeed excellent!

A sudden fire alarm startled us, and we rushed out after a quick shower. The loud alarm continued to sound without any message until we called the front desk. We later received a message instructing us to wait safely in our room, but we had to endure the bitter cold in the lobby with our children for two hours. We had originally planned to stay two nights, but moved to another place after just one night. The room condition(very clean windows) and view are excellent. However, we would appreciate it if the overall system safety protocols could be reviewed again.

Was a good stay. We love staying here! Although there was a fire issue in the hotel and the fire alarms went off for about an hour and a half in the middle of the night, not something the hotel ca help, they made it right. Will definitely stay here again!

Bathroom floors were freezing cold, some staff were rude when it came to dealing with the elevator as it was down to one, due to pipe bursting.

The room did not have front water view it was on the side. It was very noisy our neighbours were loud until 3am and not much was done from the hotel i complained 3 times. Then the fire alarm went off at 4am didnt stop till 5:30am so we had barely any sleep. Elevators were out of service so we had to wait for more than 20 mins for an elevator today. Check in was 30 mins too slow. Not happy with the hotel or what Expedia portrayed on the pictures.

Amazing location with fantastic views, lovely rooms,

my room was listed as water/falls view but it was facing the city side and i had to look to the far left to see the falls. not what i expected and honestly i don’t think that it should have counted as a falls view.

I had a great overnight stay at the Sheraton Fallsview, the room was clean, the staff were wonderful and the waterfall view and location of this property cant be beat! When I come back in the Sunmer I'll definitely stay here again 😊
