Clean room

Wouldn’t stay again. Nothing awful but nothing to write home about. Pretty loud partying that required calls to the front desk. Restaurant downstairs is amazing!!!

We were disappointed in the cleaning staff. Other than make the bed, they didn’t clean and didn’t even replenish our coffee or take away used coffee mugs. D On the positive side, staff ( special mention to Melody) went out of her way to get us set up on the complimentary e-bikes. A+

Overall stay: good and will book again if needed Price: expensive when compared to other places stayed for same price and service Amenities: Room in fair condition, bathroom had broken items which caused major inconvenience at times Service: Excellent specially Kyle with room maintenance staff went above and beyond, from reception girls pleasant and great to deal with

Hotel was good and rooms weee big but rooms were not maintained well. The carpets were as if you can not walk bare foot. Carpets were damaged, stained and dirty. Wash room needs a make over too.

This place is great! Location. Food. Rooms. However, the beds we had were brutal. Left with sore hips and backs.

Lovely hotel, can tell it’s older, but rooms have been updated are great! Spacious, clean, & comfortable! The front desk staff were fantastic! Special shout out to Mathieu (from France), he was so nice & funny too! Only stayed one night but would definitely return again when in Banff!

Lovely hotel...staff were fabulous...our room didnt have a great view...beds were comfy, loved the local soaps & shampoo

The hotel is located in a great location, the room was large and very clean. The only thing is the parking has a fee.

Everything was great! Only thing is parking was a bit of a mission due to the parking they offer only has a 6-7ft clearance.

Parking was easy, check in was quick, bathroom could have used a touch more attention but otherwise it was good hotel Only downside was no gym or pool but everything else was awesome, would/will stay again

Great location on the main street in town

Location and parking very convenient to downtown Banff and ROAM bus stop. Breakfast at Farm + Fire beautiful and delicious. Good Culture coffee shop next door is perfect for a less expensive option and the staff are lovely. The check-in experience had a few hiccups, but they did correct and provide me with a new room right away. My loft room was clean, spacious, and modern. Would visit again.

Some lights weren’t working and the bathroom towel rack is located behind the bathroom door which is awkward to get to. Walls were thin so you can hear people next door.

My stay was pleasant except for the parking charge which I feel is unnecessary for guests. The staff declined my request for the parking fees to be waived.
