The hotel itself is spotless – from the beautifully maintained public areas to the pristine rooms. Our room was spacious, elegant, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after days spent exploring the wonders of Cairo. Speaking of which, returning to the Four Seasons after visiting the awe-inspiring historical sites – some over 4,000 years old – truly felt like coming home. One particularly thoughtful touch really stood out: the person who cleaned my room not only tidied everything immaculately but even placed a bookmark in my book. That level of attention to detail speaks volumes. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to friends and family? Without hesitation. Out of 10? A solid 10

Great location, perfect room, excellent breakfast and thanks to all talented staff, especially the concierge. (Special thanks to Sherif, Salma, Mustafa and our driver Ferit) They made it an excellent stay for us. They arranged everything we need, such as transfers, restaurant reservations, spa treatments and helpfull suggestions. We love the way of staying and living in Four Seansons style❤️‍🔥 Hope to stay there again soon.

The property was very secured and well maintained. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Every request we had they were able to please us. The buffet breakfast was very delicious and had plenty of variety food selection. The transportation to the hotel and back to the airport was great, drivers were friendly and would give us a mini tour during the ride. Highly recommended. Will definitely consider coming back.

The only highlight of my whole stay was two staff: Hajjaj from housekeeping and Ashraf cheif concierge and the breakfast options, everything else was not good

This is luxury defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here.

If traveling to Cairo, this is the best hotel! It is such a value for the money you pay for the stay. It is very classy, very upscale, the bedding and amenities in the room are top-notch. The service is amazing. It is very much the Four Seasons elegance.

Relaxing and Exciting - a Perfect combination for a luxury hotel in Cairo!

Great staff, good options for dining and concierge very helpful

Beautiful, luxurious rooms with a very comfy bed. Bathrooms are stunning. Very polite and courteous staff. River view room is a must if you want peace and quiet as the city/park view rooms are on a very noisy road which kept us up all night. On this occasion, the hotel was amazing and moved us, but it wasn't busy, so there may not always be a possibility to move rooms. Breakfast very expensive ($36) for what it is, so wouldn't recommend. We had breakfast at the Waldorf Astoria which was a third cheaper and incredible.

The staff were all exceptionally welcoming and kind. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Dinner at Zoe was delicious.

Went for the first time to Cairo, had our doubts but soooo worth the visit. If you get the chance to upgrade the room to suite do it. We stayed at a suite with garden, zoo and pyramid views breathtaking. The service is exceptional, the room service meals amazing. Well worth the price. Would stay there a million times more. We were sooo sad to leave. They made our stay unforgettable.

Property is old and need a face lift, rooms outdated
