I stayed for just one night at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and had a wonderful solo experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out. My room was beautifully prepared, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for a restful night. The hospitality truly stood out, and even in such a short stay, I felt the warmth and professionalism that make this hotel special. I look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future!

Very large rooms . Quality thru out as expected . Staff incredible friendly and courteous. Front Desk and concierge staff superb . Very very glad the hotel provides airport car pickup and visa obtainment service upon arrival . Spa and gym very nice facility .

Amazing views of the Nile the pool and the dining options including their own boat moor d on the Nile with 5 different restaurants including a pizza spot. The rooms and hotel and service outstanding as Four seasons always are!

The room at the Four Seasons Giza was wonderful - well-maintained, fantastic bedding, and broadly up to the standard expected of the Four Seasons. However, the factor that remained memorable from our stay was the concierge Salemah. She was outstanding. Like the very best concierges around the world, her brand of anticipatory and proactive service delivered in a warm, friendly, guest-focused way distinguished herself and the Four Seasons. She did not wait to be asked for help - she sought out how she could find solutions to an issue we were having (an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and that she had no obligation to assist with) and leveraged her capabilities to find ways to help us. She was a credit to herself and to the brand.

The team was incredible in providing the best possible service. Mahmoud the concierge was a lifesaver and even provided logistics support when we were outside the hotel without data service. Fully recommend this Four Seasons.

Great location, perfect room, excellent breakfast and thanks to all talented staff, especially the concierge. (Special thanks to Sherif, Salma, Mustafa and our driver Ferit) They made it an excellent stay for us. They arranged everything we need, such as transfers, restaurant reservations, spa treatments and helpfull suggestions. We love the way of staying and living in Four Seansons style❤️‍🔥 Hope to stay there again soon.

The property was very secured and well maintained. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Every request we had they were able to please us. The buffet breakfast was very delicious and had plenty of variety food selection. The transportation to the hotel and back to the airport was great, drivers were friendly and would give us a mini tour during the ride. Highly recommended. Will definitely consider coming back.

The only highlight of my whole stay was two staff: Hajjaj from housekeeping and Ashraf cheif concierge and the breakfast options, everything else was not good
