It was a small room but was adequate.

Reception staff were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The location was perfect for us. Close to the train station and airport bus, and a short walk (maybe 10 minutes) into the town centre.

Very good for location and price

New hotel near main railway station. Very modern, clean, tidy and comfortable. Great shower and beds comfortable - should have asked for another pillow as only one. Didn't have breakfast but it looked nice. Free tea coffee and juices in the lobby 24/7 which was good. Staff very friendly. Location ok as you can walk to sea front /harbour in 15 to 20 minutes and lots of food drink options easily walkable. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly. However, there is no kettle in the room—you need to go to the lobby to get hot water if you want a drink. Also, the walls are very thin, so if your neighbours are still excited late at night, it can be a nightmare.

This hotel was well situated next to the train station which was the key factor for us as we were coming in and out via train - important to note that the city centre and beach is about a 20 minute walk away but it's very walkable and there are nearby shopping centres and food options. We did not have breakfast included on this trip.

This was ideal hotel for a single night after travelling and before moving to more permanent accommodation. It is centrally located, good for transport and local restaurants. The room was clean, comfy and quiet with everything we needed. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a good choice of food. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and check out, when they booked a taxi for us. We would use B&B hotels again.

Lovely clean room and helpful, friendly staff. We found we could hear noises from the next door room on occasion and we'd have loved at least one blanket as we found the heating/Aircon difficult to control. We asked for extra bedding at reception and received it but after the next visit from housekeeping it had gone again. We would however stay here again, great value for money.

The hotel has an excellent central location in Alicante, near to the metro, train and buses. The reception staff were very friendly and the room and the hotel were spotless. The free tea and coffee in the foyer is a nice touch.
