Not so easy parking, but loved the ambiance

Good stay, convenient location in downtown Tampa … walkable to lots of entertainment and dining. Balcony has some condition issues and needs repairs. Excellent service.

Great stay

My stay here was by far the most pleasant hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. I will always book with Residence Inn when available from this point on.

The service was great. I did find a roach in my room though and the breakfast was awful, nothing was replenished and the food that was there was cold and just not good.

The staff were so polite and the property was very clean it honestly was so relaxing. We will definitely be back. I have been a member of this hotel chain well over 15years and experiences like this is the reason I will keep coming back.

The room looked clean but had a damp and dirty smell.

Everything about the hotel was fine, but my only complaint was the fact we were exhausted after overnight travel and wanted sleep, but our room was right outside a basketball court. Never expected to have an issue with noise from basketball at a hotel. If you stay here, ask for a room nowhere near the basketball court.

Check in staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean.

Staff are amazing. On floor Manager, I think Chris, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was top notch and very friendly. They offered various venues to eat while I waited for my room to be ready. The property was conveniently located to nearby places of interest. The hospitality was the biggest plus for this property, and made the stay incredibly pleasant.

Location was great. Parking was away from the property.

Right by a traffic light. We could hear revving cars all night. People in the hall yelling all night. The tub was disgusting. Linens were rough. Bed was hard. Front desk smelled horribly of marijuana.
