Mattress very hard

Very nice boutique hotel in a nice location. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. 20min walk to the river and most restaurants. Overall it was a good value for our family and we stayed 3 nights.

I had my flight cancelled early in the morning and rescheduled for the following day. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and were able to find me a room for an additional night. They made an otherwise bad situation a little better. 10/10!!

We mainly picked this location due to the spa facilities. The jacuzzi was out of service. And the sauna was small but not crowded at all. Its a nice location and overall a decent hotel.

Well located for access on foot or by public transport to most attractions. Breakfast is not that great but was already included in our room price. Persistent noise from bathroom fan meant had to always use ear plugs.

The Gallery and the Breakfast room were impressive. The lether next to the pool was broken and we were not allowed to use the pool. We were satisfied with the room and the staff was awesome.

We liked the fact that the spa and fitness facilities were included in the price of the room. The breakfast was excellent, good choice on the menu. The location was fantastic, we where able to walk to the major tourist sites.

Nice location, easy access and clean room/building. Breakfast can be chaotic, lack of space and staff not so well organized.

Great hotel! Wonderful breakfast and about a 20 min walk to most places! Not bad at all! Staff was great help with bags!

Very central and easy to find . Staff were excellent and very helpful . Only downside was the terrace fencing - needed repairing .

Hotel is good, recycling not available which is an improvement that can easily be done. Towels need replacing as they are hard with age. Staff excellent especially on reception

Stayed in a superior room. Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. A free spa visit was included which I made use of. Overall, I would stay here again as I was very satisfied!

The hotel seems brand new. Everything is in excellent shape and it has small extras that really make a difference. My favorite was that the tile floor of the shower was rough and non-slip. We had two Westies with us that were treated well by the staff and made welcome. The hotel is one block off a busy main street and plaza, but it's in a quiet world of its own. We could walk to a hundred restaurants and busy street life in the district.
