We've stayed many times happy here, good staff and shuttle, best refund policy. Good pub! This trip we arrived early and I had assumed a moderate wait for check in, but they clearly had management instructions that no one checks in before 4pm. Had the pub been open (not until 5) or the lobby warmer, this would have been tolerable but it was -20°C outside as was the lobby every time the door opened. We would have paid for early check (if it was even an option) had they explained there was absolutely no flexibility to 4pm. It's disheartening considering the majority of us check out again before 7am without even the breakfast. Shuttle driver was great though!

Not an extensive menu, but a good variety of hit and cold items. Spacious area. Instructions for airport shuttle could have been clearer to include the level and general area for pickup.

Clean room. Staff very nice. Food was good and free breakfast. No elevator, no pool. Very close to the airport.

Good and close to airport. Shuttle arriving at airport was usually late! Room could do with better lighting. Overall not bad for the price. Restaurant had great food and complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Be aware that there's no elevator.. i had to walk upstairs with my luggages to the floor..

The breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable

The staff member on duty was ignorant. It was at 1 am when we arrived. All she said was the room number on the second floor. No elevator available. I had knee surgery and I just assumed they would have an elevator. I did not want to change at that time of night.

Fine property near the airport. Shuttle staff excellent.

Staff courteous. Could have suggested to take more time to get to the airport with the shuttle. The shuttle was very full and it took us a lot longer to go to the airport than the suggested 20 minutes.

Already left a review and their cancellation policy when air Canada cancelled our trip. Selfish for not allowing a refund when it’s not my fauly

rooms need more light

Clean rooms and comfy bed. The only reason for the lower stars was for the breakfast. There were a limited number of choices.
