I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! There was hair all over the bathroom floor and bugs. Then, when I pulled back the blankets, there were hairs on the pillow and the sheet. Then I noticed that there was a white powder along the baseboards and the bottom of the bed. The type to keep bugs away(roaches)

The area is safe enough that im ok walking around just myself and kids when needed. The rooms are clean and nice with a good amount of nearby grocery stores and a few other shops. Its also really easy to get to my childrens appointments at the hospital.

The room is clean and comfortable. The checking in and checking out is smooth and fast. There was only one issue,on our first night, we were woken up with a female screaming. It lasted for almost 30min. I know this is beyond the staff's control. But besides that incident, our stay was good.

Solid hotel I would have enjoyed more if ground floor room had been available. Great access to Caltrain and a Whole Foods just steps away.

We had an unexpected medical emergency just an hour after booking—my father was en route to Palo Alto for treatment and had to be taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, despite the circumstances, the hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility with the reservation. While I understand the importance of cancellation policies, a bit of compassion in this case would have gone a long way. A more accommodating approach could have turned a stressful situation into a much more positive experience.

Clean and comfortable

Very cozy rooms that blended into the community. Easy access and walkability to Heavenly and to the beach. Exceptional service at the in-house restaurant too!

Enjoyed the location , only problem was work men loud until 4:30 am , heard woman enjoying a little to much . Was fabulous until the last two days, then ready to go because of the noise and uncomfortable with a men hanging around & being extremely loud .

No breakfast or anything else is served here and there is definitely not a restaurant

It was okay…wouldn’t go back the staff took a long time. It said to ring door bell at the night window to check in and they took a while to come out and also to check out there was no one in the front desk and I kept ringing the bell for them to finally come out. Worst staff and service I have ever experienced I wouldn’t recommend this place or go back.

Calm neighborhood, whole foods is just a min walk.

No complains, with multiple stores/restaurants within walking distance.
