Very nice location in Kelowna with good pricing. Breakfast was basic.

Decent breakfast, convenient location.

We booked a room with a balcony and courtyard view. We got a parking lot view on the ground floor. They were having issues with the hot tubs (water was very dirty even after changing the water). The included breakfast was very good with many options and they offer the ability to take it to your room.

Property was dated and our door lock was broken. Maintenance never came so room was insecure

we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a 1 bedroom queen suite and it suited us well as it gave us a space to unwind without being stuck in the bedroom . We had a nice view of the courtyard. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the location was great for us as close to downtown kelowna. We didn't use the pool but noticed it was closed while we were there but saw people using the hottub. We would stay again .

Great staff and location, my favorite place to stay when income to Kelwona. Good pub connected to the hotel and food breakfast. I have taken my dog here and they have the best pet suites too!! So much is within walking distance as well.

Typical Best Western-good quality overall

No microwave in the room. The front desk said that they would be able to heat up things for us. When we did that, the front desk told us to go to the kitchen and the kitchen said no. Gave up. Bags of garbage outside rooms not picked up in timely manner.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Best Western Plus hotel in Kelowna. The location was easily accessible and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent, as was the attached 79 Street Pub. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

This location was central to everything.

Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options! Lots to choose from and was something different each day. Staff were very attentive and continually replaced low stock food and made sure tables were cleaned as soon as possible.

The room was great! It was a larger room in the tower (king bed with pull-out couch). Loved the view! The living area and patio were nice too have. The real of windows was great on sunny days. The bathroom was a great size. Breakfast had a pretty decent selection of food. Some changes from day to day was nice. The pool and hot tubs were good too. It was nice being so close to restaurants and shopping. I just wish the mini fridge wasn't so mini LOL. Also the sink drained very slowly. The room was big, so the A/C never really made it cold... but it ran all the time (quietly) so we were good. But if you like it very cold, you might want a regular room. But that's about it.
