Room was clean. Sink drain was clogged. The toilet backed up. The A/C unit leaked water onto about 5 ft of the carpet. The TV didn't work. Common areas had no A/C. Icemaker was broken. Outer staircase had loose mats and raised nails on most steps. It is an older property that is showing its age and the level of maintenance/ upkeep is lacking.

We didn’t have any hand soap or shampoo during our stay. I didn’t have time to call front desk to fix it as we left for a party early, but that’s stuff that should’ve been taken care of before we arrived. There was nothing about free breakfast, we didn’t know what time it was or where at. I called the front desk and nobody answered. Check in was fast and easy since it was online and we just got our cards.

Our stay was not good at all

It was a good stay. Property was older. But overall cleanliness was good. Hallways were not a/c but the one in the room worked great. Breakfast was small. But checking in and out was easy and quick.

Upon arrival, the shower curtain rod was hanging from the bathtub wall. Taking a shower meant the entire bathroom got wet, including the towels that were on the rack and clothes hung on the back of the door. The valve in the showerhead was completely open, which meant stinging needles instead of a comfortable shower. Since we had already unpacked, there were three of us, we did not wish to move to the second floor or to a smaller room. We were allowed to take a shower in another room for that night but wasn’t fixed for two nights. shower head never fixed. The desk lamp light bulb, and two of the vanity lights were burnt out, and were never replaced during our stay, even though we informed them. The toilet seat needed to be tightened, there was mold on the wall and leakage from upstairs bathroom into the ceiling of our bathtub. First night we had AC in our room but the entire facility did not have AC until a few days later. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Room large. Since nothing dried out, we had to replace our towels every day which they missed one day. They never gave us sufficient towels-every night I had to get extra towels so the three of us could take showers. they did not make the beds nor vacuum. except for the one day they missed they did take the trash out daily. For breakfast, food was set out at 6 AM and not replenished,same every day. In town for a funeral in June 100 temp/75% humidity w/my elderly parents for 6 nights. Not recommended.

Great staff and clean room

The hotel would've been fine had it not ben next to some railroad tracks. A train horn is not what you want to hear when you're trying to sleep.

The hotel was so hot. It was hot in the lobby, hallways and in my first room. You did move me to another room because the air was not working which was a better temperature. It was not clean cobwebs in the corners and the bathroom was not clean. The drain was super slow. The room had a strange smell.

Ok property. Good for the money. Handy to things in and around Omaha.

Customer service was great. However, The hotel is not maintained. Our first room-bathroom toilet seat was broken, tp holder hanging by a thread and no hair dryer. Then the air conditioner started leaking and we had to be moved. Second room bathroom towel rack was on the sink, remote was taped on and there was to in the peep hole.

Not worth staying for the price. Shower head had rust, vent in bathroom was very dirty. Only booked stay for 1 night.

Solid staff but room not good. A/C did not function and was filthy.

Won’t be going back there.

The hotel is ok but there was no maid services, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. At least 3 or 4 times there was a railroasd at night

For a one night stay rate was great. Room clean, noisy refrigerator. Did not eat the complimentary breakfast as departed early. Property was near public park and residential area therefore could be unsafe at night. Did not have any safety issues for the one night stay during a weekday as parked near main front entrance. Parking in rear is close to public park but appeared to be well lit.

We travel with a pet so options sometimes aren't very nice. This was one of the nicer places we stayed that is pet welcome. We will stay there in the future when we visit. We got there earlier than expected and they made accomodations for us. They did great. It's a older place but still very accommodating.

The floors turned my feet black. Both of the rooms we rented looked like someone had tried to kick in the doors. I rented two rooms. One of them, the heat and tv didn’t work. Disappointing, but cheap

Don't bother giving these people your business. They're lazy and won't come to the desk for minutes after you called their attention. The room was filthy, rusty, and looked like I went through a time machine and back to the 30s. Lastly, they lie about being pet friendly; they have some rooms that are pet friendly and when we arrived with pets none were available, they kicked us out. Like a plague, they were visibly shaking with disgust that we brought dogs to a non-dog room. This isn't about the fee, I offered to pay the pet fee of course but they said there just wasn't room; explain to me how can you be pet friendly if only certain rooms are for pets? Mind boggling. But yes, when my wife saw the room she didn't want to stay anyways because it was disgusting. Will condemn their business practice into oblivion. Awful. Worst hotel and staff and room conditions ever.

There has to be better options. We were hoping for much better than this. I would not recommend.
