Had a lot of trouble checking in, something to do with their point of sale system rejected all my credit cards that are all in good standing. Ended up taking a very long time to check in and had to leave a $300 deposit. The room was fairly clean pretty standard nothing special. The television system is outdated and hard to navigate with limited programming. Bring a fire stick.

Great service - very friendly, polite staff! The building is showing signs of age, but is kept very clean. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, decent amenities. 1 issue - the tub in room 2107 is installed poorly such that, when showering, it traps water on top of the tub along the wall and it runs out creating a big puddle on the floor.

Most uncomfortable bed. No microwave and could not guarantee I could get a requested on.

Front desk was nice. Rooms were okay. Cleaning was inconsistent. Facility was in pretty rough condition (Foam patching around AC, missing flooring, broken curtains). Convenient location, easy to get to a store and WEM.

The hotel was ok and need more improvements(elevatorfloorwas ripped off). Little dirty and stains on the bed and pillow. Washroom sink is clogged.

Very good hotel for the price.

Good time

Rooms were clean. parking lot is in need of Repairs. An outdoor patio area or even a few benches to sit at would be nice addition for people to get some fresh air or while waiting for a ride.

Checked in and notice the hotel in disrepair, very warn and in need of repairs. Missing wallpaper and paint in halls. Got to our room and kids opened up the sofa bed to discover a ver dirty sheet. Also some hair elastics on the bathroom counter. I called and lady was very nice and started looking for a new room. She also informed me they didn’t have any house keeping in staff tonight (Friday) so we moved rooms. Our second room the sheets were clean but the water stain on the ceiling and missing paint was easily noticed, burn marks on the bathtub. Closet shelf had items there that should have been taken away god know how long ago. Over all I was disgusted and checked out after one night although we had two booked. Called to speak to a manager about getting compensated and was told I would have to call back Monday.

This building was old, had a pool but no hot tub. The ice machine didn’t work on one floor and had to go all the way to the fifth floor for ice. The refrigerator in the room don’t work and the only solution was to change rooms. The bathroom fan was rather noisy. No continental breakfast was offered.

You get what you paid for

The room and washroom was dirty. Toilet bowl had poop marks in it and toilet sink had toothpaste stains when we arrived in the room. We also notc8ed multiple chewing gums stuck on the ceiling that looked disgusting. Bedsheets looked like they were not changed after the last guests. There were food stains on the feet side of the bedsheets. There was some sauce type of goop dried up on the couch. It was a horrible experience and we will be weary of staying in Radisson hotel chain in future.

Broken toilet asked to have fixed nothing and very loud from other guests

I have not seen a property that has been run down like this for some time. from the front steps to the flooring in the entrance all filthy and in dis repair the elevator is also not working properly the flooring is broken up and the remainder is dirty. I don't think I'll stay there again.

Staff didn’t clean your room day today had to take out our own garbage and had to track down our own towels to be replaced since they weren’t cleaning the rooms like they were supposed to . Amenities are in bad shape and need to be replaced or updated

The hotel wasn’t bad. There was hair in the shower. The room seemed clean. One of the guest took a picture of my children. I asked to look through the cameras and never received a call back about the security footage of the person who took a picture of my children
