I have been coming to this place over and over again, it has change slightly since covid with may less amenities like no more bath robes or slippers, no more lavazza coffee machine in some room categories but it is a wonderful place in marvellous surroundings. I love Wimbledon village having lived there for years ans so for me it is always nice to be back and the people at the Cannizaro House always make me feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you

We stayed over Easter invited four friends for dinner five meals were served on time with one meal arriving 15 minutes later Lamb chops had run out no Baileys at the bar for after dinner drinks Spurious charges added for charging drinks etc to the room

The room was small and dirty. The bed sheets had insects crawling on them. The bathroom was very small I couldn’t stay there. I left immediately.

Superb staff, lovely room

Enjoyed the stay as a whole. One comment is that I needed to look for where the slippers are in the room.

Room was fine and normal day and noght staff were great. Shame all the hidden extras put a rather large extra $ cost to an already expensive part of the trip.management reluctant to budge. Be careful and confirm all costs before requesting something.

Great location if you want to be a bit out of central London. Close to Wimbledon Village.

£27 breakfast and the poached egg was almost raw. I told the staff, he asked if I wanted something else but it had put me off eating. They still charged me £27 on checkout. Spoiled an otherwise nice stay

Nice room, polite staff. A country house feel in London.

Have been staying at Cannizaro house for many years. Still convenient and best available in the area. Great location, good experience this stay all round with staff being excellent and motivated.... but its time for a refurb. Looking old, especially carpets and scuff zones on walls. The rug in reception would not make it into my dogs kennel and that is the area where you get your first impression. I'm looking forward to my next stay and if they spruce the place up... even better.

This was our 3rd visit to the hotel in the last couple of years which we use when visiting our daughter. Lovely location by Wimbledon Village. Nice room. Being an old property, lots of creaky floorboards and shame the windows aren't double glazed. Would give it 5 stars - but the last 2 visits we booked a garden view room, and both times ended up overlooking car park (in the same room which had a garden view in the bathroom). When I have asked if we can move to a garden view room I was told we had been upgraded to a deluxe room. Would be nice to have the view we booked for. An upgrade to a deluxe room overlooking the gardens would be better. Maybe next time !
