The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is great, but, the hotub should be bigger

Very clean room, despite being a pet friendly room. Very accommodating staff. Room was quite large and wonderfully laid out with a separate area for fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 2nd sink.

Room was good staff were great but the one issue is parking. It was busy and you could not find parking

The pool area wasn't in the best condition. The hot tub jets weren't functioning and some tiles were missing. The hotel has also instituted a small "environmental improvement fee" that is a transparent cash grab so if you are wanting to tolerate a business practice where they post artificially low prices on the interest and then add drip pricing fees on top of the listed price this is the property for you.

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the years, this year was not ideal. There were a few hockey teams in the hotel for a tournament which resulted in kids running everywhere, games in the hallway, loud music, banging on doors and walls. We were travelling with young kids and we're unable to use the pool for the most part. When we finally did get to the pool, there were no towels available and went and informed the front desk, but no one came. There have been teams there when we've stayed in the past but we never had any issues - the staff didn't keep anything in order. The shower had hair in it when we arrived, and there was no conditioner, body wash available or other personal amenities, like shower cap, q-tips.

Great staff, great pool and hot tub and underground parking is awesome! Highly recommend

The room was very clean. The hot tub was nice and hot to sooth sore muscles after a full day of snowboarding. My only complaint would be the pressure in the shower but that’s not too big of a deal. Had a great experience at this hotel!

Friendly staff, good value amenities, easy parking

It was our 3rd or 4th stay in this hotel. We found the staff courteous and helpful. Rooms are comfortable , spacious and clean. However this time it was not a flawless experience. Even though the hotel was not busy at all , we received a room with a beautiful view .......to a rooftop! The last day of our stay we've decided to have breakfast in the restaurant before our departure. There was a menu and a continental breakfast ($16). From the get-go the mentioned that the continental breakfast does not include any type of meat (sausage, bacon, etc.) only pastries , cereals, fruits. So we've decided to go with a meat platter breakfast. 2 eggs , bits of bacon , roasted potatoes. for $22 or $23 . This combination did not include toast! They sell it as a side for $6 ! Are you kidding me? 2 slices of toast for $6? Really disappointed that when people try to help the community in a slow season, they gouge you. We are really seriously considering to stay at a different hotel next time we return!

Everything was perfect. Check in was quick and easy. Staff very polite and they gave us the type of room we requested. Room is fabulous. Clean, spacious and comfortable.
