Air conditioner was very noisy with some sort of vibration.

The staff were friendly and the beds comfortable.

The check-in staff was super helpful in getting us a room that was accessible for a mobility-challenged guest. The rooms were very clean. We really have no complaints. The breakfast buffet was not included, but we tried it once. There are better alternatives.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was updated wit a walk in shower and granite sink counter. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Would book again if we ever return to Jasper.

Generally the property is old. The rooms are clean and bed are comfortable. Otherwise, it is just ok. Staff are efficient but no wow factor. 15min walk to downtown. Free parking.

The hotel is very old and needs a good upgrade. With the old carpet and the carpet around the bed you couldn't tell the last time it was cleaned. the bedding and kitchen area, and bathroom were cleam.The pool was too cold to enjoy and the hot tub the jets didn't work.

Great place to stay when in Jasper. There is a hidden gem in the restaurant. Food and service are both amazing! Thank you Megan! Only thing we missed was the gym as there really wasn’t one??? Would recommend and stay again.

Clean room. Somewhat too warm. Loud toilets. Hot tub area is not relaxing and swarming with loud children.
