Great service definitely worth staying there and planning on coming back

Could hear everything in the hallways and above us. I thought the lady at check in was a bit rude both interactions that I had with her. Short answers and treated me like I was suspect. Not impressed. Also, not in a convenient location off the highway.

Everything is outdated, the walls and trim is dirty, broken and old, the furniture is cheap old and slightly broken, the showers are horrible, the shower head was stuck on a focus intense small stream, there was hair on the shower walls before I used it. The breakfast was never hot, always like warm or cold, the bacon was always submerged in its grease and oil. There was constantly kids and adults running up and down the halls on many floors which could be heard and felt on all the floors. There was constantly noises heard through the walls half the time. The tvs are tiny and it was difficult for me to see the tv without sitting on the foot of the beds or up close to the tv.

Minimal water pressure in the shower. Needed maintenance to get the television to work properly

Everything was absolutely great. Only problem the shower makes a horrible squealing sound.

Could have used pump soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower

No water in the fridge.

The afternoon desk clerk was very nice and pleasant.

Staff is top notch. Breakfasts are awesome. The kitchen staff so friendly and helpful. Only wish the refrigerator was bigger. It is a mini and a couple times I found my door was open.

Check in was fast & easy, nice employees.

The beds were so uncomfortable. I could not sleep. I kept waking up and did not get a good nights sleep. Will not stay at this place again until they get new beds.

Staff very friendly and helpful!

The property is great for quietness and amenities. TVs could be updated to a bit bigger. Pool and hot tub were working and appeared clean. There was some box elder bugs in our room but I know they are seasonal.
