A lot of work going on but the staff made it bearable Once the upgrade is finished it will be a top notch Hampton

Great place to stay!

Great hotel with great staff

It’s a great quiet place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom is a little tight but shower pressure makes up for it. Breakfast was really good. Had to run the dryer twice to dry my load of clothes so that was a time waster

I had asked for a room that would face the river because I wanted quiet, I was given a lovely room with windows on 2 sides but facing the casino across the street, which was noisy until late in the night.

Great hotel, room was overlooking the river. Breakfast was great. 😊

Liked Staff. They were all friendly and helpful. Didn't like the car parking facility

Great hotel but the carpet was not great and the big stain did not help. The shower door had brown scunge at the base which was no great. All and all very comfortable, well appointed and only minor issues. Will stay again.

Nice hotel. Appears to cater to business travelers. Rooms nice facing the river. Car valet service very good. Carpet in room was wavy needs to be replaced.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Dining staff were attentive, and room service were very obliging, and prompt given the early hours of the morning.

Very quiet and clean location

Really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Fortunately there was free parking behind the hotel…but spaces are limited.

The hotel itself was fine and pretty much as described. We were a family of four and the hotel would definitely benefit from added extras like a kids play room or pool. I probably would stay here considering the price.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, especially Akhil at the front desk.

Great location, beautiful area. Staff were fantastic. Only downsides I can really think of were not much actually parking for guests on site unless you pay for valet, and breakfast was a bit confusing. You either pay for continental (doesn't include hot foods) or for full.

Lovely experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. We even go an unexpected upgrade. Room was clean and modern. Would happily stay again and recommend to others

Felt like a motel. Extremely overpriced for the average service and average room it had offered

I found the evening meal and the breakfast was fantastic the staff were awesome
