Lovely hotel with easy access and parking. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great size rooms that have good facilities and very comfortable. Restaurant was lovely with amazing food and attentive staff. Overall a brilliant place to stay.

Overall the hotel looks good from all angles, and is nicely decorated throughout. Lager choices are a little disappointing, and a few more pub classics would be a benefit. i only have two areas that were disappointing, one being the WiFi was always dropping out, a real pain when working or watching a video. My second area of disappointment would have to be the breakfast, as it's extremely expensive and what was on offer was not worth half of the amount charged.

Food was out of this world 🌎 blown away by the detail & taste 😋in the Coast restaurant, looks like a quick setup of tables on a vacant dance floor, but by heck the food is the stuff of what you dream of 😆

We had a lovely evening/night at the hythe imperial hotel. Lovely seaweiw room and great food .so good we brought the rest of the family back for lunch the next week .well done guys thankyou.

Hotel overall was good. We were upgraded to sea view room which was nice. Rooms were clean and modern. Had everything you needed for your stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and dining area was pleasant. The spa was disappointing. Really needs some TLC. Very dated, could do with some attention. Changing rooms were not very clean. Unfortunately there were children having swimming lessons so not a nice relaxing experience 😞and difficult to have a proper swim. So that did let it down but overall had a nice stay.

Booked out last Friday booked two rooms and paid £50 per room against charges if any to the rooms. Pending transaction still sitting on my account so unable to use that money not good enough.

Love the staff, room and location

Great location on the beachfront. Well maintained property with clean rooms and the extras you would expect - safety deposit box, ironing board etc. I wasn't particularly impressed with the in house toiletries which seemed cheap. Staff were all friendly and helpful and parking was easy and included in the booking price. Breakfast was fine but a little underwhelming. There was a good but not extensive range on offer. The breakfast room itself was pleasant and calm. All in all a good hotel. Would happily return.

We stayed here on the 19th May ready to talk the shuttle to France. The staff were friendly proffesi and answered any questions. The room was lovely very clean everything you would expect with real comfy beds. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk along the sea front or have a stroll through the gardens at the back. Would highly recommend this hotel and stay again.

The room was really lovely 4*. It was quiet, overlooked lovely gardens. Great size and nicely laid out. But coming into hotel reception was dark and smelt of stale beer....we actually thought of leaving. Staff not very friendly or welcoming, apart from one person in breakfast room who was very helpful...Leo. Food and breakfast were all good. We didn't use swimming pool as it didn't look great and had read several poor reviews. But location was brilliant. Short walk into a lovely high street and along the canal. So room 4* staff and reception area are just about 3* I was surprised how dark it is inside as it is right on sea front but there were no lounges, dining areas over looking the sea. Sea front and walks were stunning. Parking was great. Room was clean but not spotless. And we had a tricky encounter with staff when we asked for clean cups for our room! Overall quite a pleasant stay, positives just about out weighed the negatives

Great stay as always. Pool, bar and breakfast all excellent. I have used this hotel for many many years, to stay or just to use the bar. Always one of my favourite places to be.

We stayed for six nights, there was some fluff on the floor when we checked in, it was still there when we checked out! One evening, we had a decent lunch so only wanted a snack in the evening. We both had ham sandwiches which while nice ham, no attempt had been made to present them, for example, a salad garnish would have gone a long way. At breakfast the buffet was always running out of teaspoons, mugs for tea/coffee, marmalade, stupid things. One evening I went to use the disabled toilet, the attached picture shows how I found it.
