I would definitely stay here again. Lovely experience.

The room was comfortable, large, and clean. It has air conditioning which was essential for us as there was a heat wave. Large bathroom. Outlets at bedside. Nice amenities. Coffee/Tea/water/cookies in room. There is a small fridge but it wasn’t very cool. Lovely view. Friendly staff. Nice lounge and bar. The restaurant was being renewed so food options weren’t great. But future options should be wonderful as a Gordon Ramsey restaurant is in process. Hotel is central to everything and area is extremely walkable. Would stay again and recommend!

This Hotel is in a fabulous location in Bath, not far from the station, but very close to great restaurants and the centre of Bath. It is being renovated at the moment, and I would like to stay again next time I'm in Bath.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Full hot breakfast was included and was very good. We had a problem with the lights in one room, but the desk agent responded promptly and fixed it quickly.

Late checkout was excellent and extremely helpful. Really helpful staff. Room was nice and cold.

Eat at the hotel well worth the money! Our only issue was the fan in the bathroom didn't work!

Our room wasn’t ready at 16.00 which is quite late check in anyhow, offered complimentary drinks at the bar. The room was clean upon check in but a few maintenance jobs required in the room, the air conditioner unit was protruding from the cupboard door, the shower leaked all over the floor so you had to angle the door to avoid a flooded bathroom, not much room in the shower overall, I’m a size 10 so not overly big but struggled to wash my hair without bashing my body on the hand rail. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic buffet breakfast, OK if you like that sort of breakfast, couldn’t order off the menu as they had run out of Salmon. Stayed in better Doubletree else where in the UK.

Lovely place and very well located. Needs a bit of TLC in some aspects of the room. Staff very helpful and friendly Breakfast was mammoth!! Huge array of choice

Well located, excellent breakfast. Toilet/Shower a bit small.

Room was spotless, air con was ice cold, the restaurant was being refurbished so meals were provided in the business centre, no issues at all, good range of meals, breakfast was excellent. Point to note, the parking in the podium car park costs £18 a day. Bath is just beautiful.

Great location! Rooms were clean and spacious. Ron at the front desk was very kind and helpful at check in. Would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful. Everything was in walking distance. Definitley recommend the hotel.

Excellent stay, location and customer service above and beyond

No direct access from car park below the hotel directly into the hotel, which is a problem if you have any luggage. No access to free WiFi despite being a club member.

Room is very clean. Location is super. We could go most of sightseeing places on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Waitrose is also right next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice! We enjoyed our stays!

Appreciate it was a Saturday when I arrived but there was no one at the front desk and I waited 20 mins to check in, then waited a while checking in for breakfast in the morning. The room was small and basic and property very old, I didn’t feel the photos reflected it well. It felt like a travel lodge, which would’ve been better value for money. The staff were kind

Sink blocked in our room, told reception who said someone will come fix when we were out, no one fixed it. Tiny bathroom that could hardly move in. Small lifts that took ages to stop on the floor and no stairs to use unless emergency. Hotel being renovated downstairs so only one small bar area. Won’t be back
