I had a fantastic stay at Mystays Yokohama. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being near the train station, which made getting around Yokohama and beyond a breeze. One of the highlights was the pillow—so comfortable that I ended up purchasing one for myself! The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mystays Yokohama for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

MyStays Yokohama is a good affordable hotel. I spent 4 nights here. Only 10 mins to reach Yokohama station from Koganecho station which is only across the street. It gives me easy access to go to Tokyo, Nikko, Kamakura, Yokohama, Hakone and a transfer to Kyoto from Shin-Yokohama. The room is ok, but I think they gave me a double room instead of a queen room because the room is so small. I didn't complain to change the room because I only need the room to sleep. The cozy bed and clean bathroom is more than enough for me. Refrigerator and electric kettle in the room and a microwave in front of the elevator added the value of staying here, because I can stock food and beverage during my stay.

Me and family stayed for 4 days at Mystays Yokohama. The building and receptionist looks new but the rooms as well as the bathrooms and the furnishings are a bit old (less modern) but the complete facilities have an elevator, microwave (there is in front of each floor elevator), close to the minimarket, close to the station (the closest is Koganecho Station which is located disebrang hotel, the second is Bandobashi Station road about 6 minutes), wifi smoothly, breakfast pretty good, the english receptionist is pretty good. Incidentally I can smoking room because the non-smoking roomnya full, early entry smell of cigarette once but once the windows opened the smell can be lost.
