Excellent stay love everything about Casa de Campo!

The camous is big and well kept. Dars about it. My room service was okk or average at best. My drink cabinet was not replenished. The snacks were not replenished. . options were few and far between. Entertainment was a joke. Nothing to keep the vibe going. It's a good placeor resort for retirees. If you are younger and active and enjoy a good social scene then yhis is not the place for you. Mostly golfing around the resort. I am used to extra good and drinking and snack options when l stay at a resort. For the price point l expected way above service

I HAVE TO SAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CHECK-IN. OUR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE BY THE CHECK-IN TIME, SO WE WERE OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM THAT WAS "COMPARABLE". IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT! WE WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TO CONVEY OUR DISSATISFACTION. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT RECTIFIED THE SITUATION BY PUTTING US BACK IN THE ROOM WE HAD ORIGINALLY BOOKED. FROM THAT POINT ON, IT WAS GREAT.

We had an excellent experience at Casa de Campo. The beach was calm and beautiful, the Staff was amazing, the room was comfortable and the restaurants were outstanding. It's on the pricey side but well worth it. We'll definitely come back!!

First time in Casa de Campo. Very nice hotel. Liked the beach with mostly calm water and no wildlife hazards. Liked the golf cart convenience. Rather slow check-in process. Seemed like a major process to complete. I requested nearby rooms to my mom and aunt and a first floor for them since there weren't elevators. These simple requests were made a big complicated issue and a sort of mystery and again more delay and agent coming back and forth from the back room. Then, one of the rooms wasntready and it was already past 4 PM when the check-in time is supposed to be. Another issue we had was regarding the reservation to Isla Saona tour. We made the reservation with the agent at the beach hut and she advised us to get our beach towels on the way out because the clerks at the towel station wouldn't be there early on the day of the tour to provide us with towels. We arrived at the towel hut only to be detained by a police officer stating we couldn't take the towels. Long story short we explained them the whole situation and they explained this couldn't be done so we returned them but it was unpleasant that at the end we had 2 police officers in front of my 76 year old mom and 70 year old aunt guarding them against taking the beach towels. My advise is that the tour excursion lady shouldn't have said that the beach towel people wouldn't be there early in the morning because it creates confusion and guests are really not allowed to take out beach towels under any circumstance.

Single charging system. Practical transportation with a golf cart assigned to each room .
