Perfect location and comfy room. The shower was the best!

The location was outstanding. Walking distance to many things we wanted to do. Gothic district and the beach. Coffee machine was available 24h in the lobby. And desk clerks were knowledgeable and also available 24h.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. While the hotel is situated in a good, walkable location (close to Rambla and the beach), the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures. Our double room featured two single beds pushed together (instead of a Queen), and the walls wrapped so tightly around them, that you couldn’t walk around the beds without being squeezed, needless to say lay down a suitcase on the floor. Our room was claustrophobic, with no windows and a low ceiling - it felt like a tomb and was uncomfortable to stay in. And that was at $350/ night! We would not recommend this hotel for its poor value. There are many better options at this price level around Barcelona.

The staff and location were AMAZING. They offer the personal touch that others no longer offer. Very clean as well. If I get back to Barcelona, I will stay here again. Loved it.

Great little hotel in the middle of the Gothic area. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Highly recommended.

This is a cute little boutique hotel in a quiet area. The room was a little small. Bathroom didn’t have curtains so water would splash out. They give just enough towels for two people and hand drying. They do clean everyday. The air conditioner felt humid even if we try to make it cooler. Overall pretty good just a little small and stuffy. Nice staff!!!

Hesperia was a perfect place to stay! It’s in a great location in the Gothic Quarter and is walking distance to a lot of shops + restaurants. The hotel staff was super helpful in storing our bags until we were able to check in. The rooms are very clean and I appreciated that the hotel staff provided a glass water bottle daily at no extra cost. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel to stay within the barrio gótico

The area this hotel is located in is super cool!! The architecture is amazing & it is so fun to walk through. The staff at hotel were super friendly, all spoke English very well. The coffee machine in the lobby was a nice perk. The hotel is really well decorated. The only suggestion I have is to bring some type of white noise machine, as the pubs in the community can make a bunch of noise quite late, & the cleaning crews can start very early. The bed was comfortable.

we had such a lovely stay. only thing was the cleaning staff were really loud early in the mornings. Otherwise the property was lovely, reception was helpful and the location was ideal to see everything we wanted to by walking distance!

Very nice hotel and perfect location. So I was pleased to stay there. There were a few irritations. - No breakfast unless you order a breakfast box. They would be fine. But $50 for breakfast is a bit rich! There are plenty of places nearby to eat so it’s not as big deal, but irritating. - the internet was not working well in my room. Very weak. They weren’t able to fix while I was there.
