Overall clean and accommodating. Let’s us check in a touch early and have a late check out which worked so good for our 1year olds schedule. Staff were very friendly and the room was great.

Good breakfast menu. Poor condition of room with damaged bathroom door poorly repaired and water damaged. Exercise room had damaged equipment. Overall the maintenance of the hotel was subpar .

It was nice to have a breakfast included. Lots of options available including eggs, protein, muffins, waffle station etc. Pool was not available as they were painting but looked like a decent size. Cleaning staff did not clean during our4 day stay and we had to empty our own garbage and take to them and request clean towels. It would have been nice to have at least one refresh during the stay. Ample free parking.

The Best Western Plus in Osoyoos was ideal for the one week stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety and very good quality. Staff was helpful. The room was great - lots of space, great sleeping quarters, full kitchen was very much appreciated.

Booked hotel because it had an indoor pool. It was closed for painting. Why on one of the busiest family weekends of the year? Unaware hotel allows pets. Ran into a dog the size of a small horse in the hallway. Makes me wonder how many accidents, pet hair, etc gets left. Room had a lot of wear & tear in the bathroom & every door frame was beat up. Flat pillows. TV had few subscribed stations & those were old shows. Staff not overly friendly. Room done up (not cleaned) very late in the day. On a positive note, the breakfast was great!! Guy that runs it really awesome! He should work the front desk!

The pool and hot tub were completely out of service. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and had issues due to being too soft.

Pool and hot tub were cllsed. Breakfast starts at 6:30. A bit late when travelling. Friendly staff, nice room on the 2nd floor but a lot of noise from 3rd floor rooms.

Pleasant stay, room quite updated though thought it was in a noisy location… turned out when I really started looking that it was the fridge in the room (102) that was extra noisy. Shower pretty light on pressure and the door stop in the bathroom was just waiting to stub a toe on … look before you step ! Comfy bed, huge TV and can’t comment on the breakfast because Ambrosia down the street was calling me for a real breakfast !!!

Was friendly, welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was good and I’d stay here again.
