Bar staff in Warwick suite was very abrupt and rude prices are extortionate and then a 10% on top for service charge when getting your own drinks from the bar

Great stay, little bit tainted by the 10% service charge on every drink we brought even if we went to the bar to purchase.

Lovely 1 night stay. The room was cosy the staff were amazing and accommodating. The grounds are lovely. Would stay again. Price was great and included spa. Overall a superb stay

Hotel was lovely but aircon in the room would have made it more comfortable.

Grounds etc seemed well kept and attractive. Plenty of parking - mostly under trees so sap and other “droppings”😉 an issue. Our main gripe is the room we had - we were there for 2 nights to attend a family wedding at another venue and had booked two rooms both the same price. It was as if they were in two different hotels! The room we stayed in was tiny, lots of “people” noise and air conditioning whirring. Tv switched itself off every few minutes, no full length mirror, hot water took,with no exaggeration around 10 minutes to come thru and if you’re 6’ or over you cannot get under the shower head. The shower room itself was very snug. We were also on 3rd floor without a lift.

Do not book a stay here if you would like any sleep. Particularly if you’ve had the misfortune of being issued room 3203. The room is on the second floor and advertised as sound proof. However was anything but. The noise from the bar was so loud we could just as easily have been inside a club. I rang reception and asked at what time the musics would stop, I was advised 2am. While they did offer me an alternative room, a twin instead of the king I’d booked, I didn’t bother staying as the night had already been ruined. Also note - the Signature king room I had was tiny, anyone over 5ft10 will not be able to stand under the shower as the head is so low, the toilet is positioned so your knees have to be under the sink while on the loo. We also had a broken window and broken blind as well as black marks on the towels. There were no coat hooks nor a hand towel hook. And there was no arm chair and table shown in the photos. Hotels.com customer service has been appalling to resolve getting a refund.

A good overnight stay in a lovely ground floor room overlooking the first T of the golf course. I personally found the music in the lobby reception area a little too loud though.

Very friendly welcoming staff in every department- always checking everything was ok for us. The room was lovely, everywhere was clean and we really enjoyed our time at The Belfry.

Fabulous room. Delicious sunday lunch. Wonderful stay.

Took very long to check in despite phoning ahead of our arrival as it was late at night. Most staff members do not know the hotel and the room types. There is no amenities in the room.

The Belfry is nice, a bit of a construction site but that didn't get in the way. Food, drinks and staff was great!! When I had a noise problem in my room it was dealt with and I even got a discount of 20% as I didn't sleep much. The pool was ok although looking old, I plan to come back when the new wellness centre is completed. The DJ was great, it as a fun stay. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. There's plenty of parking and electric chargers.

Room so far to walk with all of my bags, marks on bedding, hand wash covered in dirt in the bedroom bathroom. Heating came on at 5 and woke me up.
