Room was clean but not in good shape . The place needed painted, tiles missing from the bathroom, soap and lotion dispensers not attached to wall or working. Noisy.

Average hotel. Nothing fancy, but the front desk was kind and the room was clean.

Late arrival: called to alert the front desk, but no one answered over 2 hours of attempts.

Just for one night and was fine

Bath tub shower need non slip grip pads added almost fell to slipping. Food at free breakfast was of the same value as tne cost. Cold and without any flavor

Easy access to highway and restaurants. They have good breakfast and coffee.

There were ants in the room on then 3rd floor.

Very nice and clean. We really liked the huge breakfast and people who continued to bring more delicious food.

Everything was great except for the breakfast. Eggs were beyond crispy along the edges and dry. Had to be pried apart. Gravy sat tiling in crockpot. Dry along pot, & thickened.

Hotel can use a refresh. Wood and paint need attention. Main rooms smell musty, likely due to older carpeting. Bathroom had a smell also. Rust colored stain on sheets. Value for money is questionable.

i love this hotel , I drive between Illinois and Colorado and it’s the perfect stop. Large rooms, comfy beds, quiet and lots of restaurants nearby. It’s a tad dated but that’s ok it’s inexpensive and great location and right off I80. Staffs always nice too. Big gas station next door. Free breakfast but I don’t get it usually but they serve starting at 6 am which is nice for travelers.

A very nice and clean motel! Good breakfast too! I would recommend it to anyone! Good pool and big hot tub!

This place is nothing fancy, wished had selected a different Hotel. Rooms were dated. Mold was growing above the window area of our room. Would not stay here again.

WE stay here every time we go through Kearney They are situated a day away from home on the way to see our kids in Iowa, or my sister in Kansas. We have stayed at several hotels in Kearney, but for the past 5-6 years, this is our favorite.
