The stay started off fine. We parked for free, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and cool. We used the indoor pool and that too was pleasant. Returning to our room, we ordered room service. The service was great. The food was not. We both ordered the beef. Within 30 minutes of eating, my wife was very ill because of the food. We had a rough evening and night and left early in the morning without having breakfast of coffee due to my wife’s situation. On checkout, I advised the staff of what happened and was told that the manager will be advised of what happened. So far, there has been no follow-up. We will not be returning.

The place is mesmerizing! It was my 6th time there this time with my daughter and my mom. Their first time. The service is top, amenities, staff, food. Everything is over the top. One thing to keep in mind I took my mother 81 years old, she is 5.3 tall and in good shape, no walkers or anything. She had an issue with the room. The beds are too high up for her and bathtub with shower was also a problem for her to get out. She ended it up.sleeping on the floor. I knowww!!! Next day I spoke with the staff my situation, they change us to a room with a 1 bed and a couch however charges were made as if it was my fault my mom had an issue, my fault she was not able to jump.up.and down the bed at 81 years old. In this scenario they show had offered a suitable room.for free. We drove 6 hours to be there, She came from.overseas to celebrate her bday there. Not everything is about money. Customer service lacked a bit. But beyond this it is an amazing beautiful place not so suitable for seniors lol.

The amenities and entire facility met all of our needs. The resturant delivered a high grade product. We will definitely stay at this hotel during our next visit to Canada.

Loved the outdoor grounds, fountains, flowers, ponds. Very serene atmosphere. The only thing I found to be missing was makeup mirrors

Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning scenery, making it the perfect place for romantic walks. There were so many fantastic amenities to enjoy, including the pool, beach, kayaks, bicycles, and tennis court, so there was always something to do. The staff were professional and friendly throughout our stay. The room service was delicious, and the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short distance away. This was the perfect getaway, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with large rooms and luxurious feel

Location and ambience could not be better. Looking out at the glimmering lake at night through the window while having fine dining and absorbing excellent piano music was an exquisite, unforgettable experience.

Prestigious hotel with remarkable views. Staff are friendly. The only pity is the receptionist didn’t tell us information about the facility and we were first time being there so didn’t know where to eat, pool and spa etc

The hotel is of a good standard. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel.
