Staff brilliant As was breakfast and our room Pool and the area around the pool was very cold so we declined to use it

Building work going on at the hotel just now, as they are renovating parts of it. We were told about this before we booked. It didn’t affect our stay at all though. It was good to see the improvements they are making. Staff are amazing. So very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The breakfast was average The bathroom needs upgrading The pillows were uncomfortable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable The pool facilities were very clean The staff were efficient

The hotel could do with a bit of upkeep. The room with the bouncy castle had a bad smell which all the parents where talking about. The disco for kids where put into a room and given glow sticks with muaic on. We have been to better hotels where this had been in a function room and they have outsourced entertainment and there was more enteractiin with the kids, my son was bored after 10 mins. We also went to the coach house which was lovely but you can only order 3 courses for a child. I was a bit annoyed as my children don't even eat one. They also didn't want the same dinner so had to pay for 2 lots and it practically all went to waste. I am also glad to hear the swimming pool is getting extended as my 2 year old was terrified of the jet skis coming at her as there was no room to move. It wasnt a bad trip, I just believe galgorm have started charging galgorm prices too soon when nothing has really changed much since they have taken it over

The rooms are very very clean and spacious staff are amazing and friendly. The atmosphere is great and maken it child friendly is for them is great to see even though i didnt take my own children was great to see so many children enjoying the facilities 😊

There were excellent amenities and wonderful food. The staff were pleasant but at every stage there was a wait for service - either the hotel had poor systems in place or was understaffed (I suspect a bit of both). Checking as slow, food service was slow and seating at breakfast was slow. This hotel markets itself as high end and in terms of facilities that is fair. In terms of quality of staff that is also fair. In terms of the capacity of the staff it fell short. Wife in the room was extremely sketchy.

Room was perfect and staff really helpful

Room is dated. Free bottle of water was partially used by other guests. Heating not consistent. Food just ok ordered steak in coach house restaurant and had to return it as it was so tug. Chef agreed and I got full refund. Signs on spa doors stating jacuzzi was temporarily closed for maintenance, when I enquired staff said it was just warming up and would be up to temperature in 2 hrs (which suited me) when we went back staff kept saying it’s still 2 degrees short of the temperature it should be with perseverance they eventually relented and opened it for us. On a positive note staff are lovely

Breakfast was lush. Pool was freezing and overcrowded was actually a safety hazard

The room was clean. Fresh towels each day. Nice relaxing atmosphere, perfect after the busyness of Christmas.
