I used to go to Best western with my family but this time I had a terrible room for two days. The room wasn’t clean, the bed sheets stained and had a bad smell.The kitchen cups wasn’t clean. I asked the second day of my staying for a sugar because I don’t use the sweetener and nobody while cleaning my room added any thing to my room, I asked the customer service and he said we don’t have any sugar. The second day breakfast menu didn’t have any variety, it was only Eggs, Beans and pork and I didn’t eat egg, beans and pork so I only have a slice of bread with jam.

The Chair and the Sofa was pretty dirty. We had to use towel to sit on those. I have notified the front desk and receptionist told me to wait until next day.

Slightly dated but very clean hotel.

I requested a big room and they kept their offer , loved it for a big family of 10 for 2 rooms

The breakfast was pretty good. They offer a variety of breakfast options including waffles. The room had two bedrooms, which was great. It is located close to many restaurants and bars.

Check in was very uncomfortable, and I had to ask for the room keys while the desk attendant just stared at me waiting for me to leave. We were not directed to the parking at all (which I had paid for) and had to figure it out ourselves. The room had dirty top sheets on BOTH the beds.

Staff were great

Lovely spacious and clean room. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Good location too. If we are back in Calgary we would happily book again.

Everything was satisfactory at the hotel; kind staffs, room cleaning, breakfast, accessibility, parking, etc.

Underground parking, safe and secure

Central downtown area. Breakfast was good. Parking was not free, but there is a secured basement gated lot for hotel guests. Would stay again.

After Expedia caused hours of unnecessary stress, the staff were beyond helpful in getting a room after having hundreds of dollars on hold. They made sure I had a room to stay and gave me an upgraded room.

Clean room, quiet hotel. Front desk staff very nice. Breakfast was good
