No breakfast, no parking. Nothing that they said was included

Great location, easy accessible by public tram, and easy walk to old town, with good restaurants and good sightseeing. The Florida park across for hotel added benefit. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting with the planning of our daily activities. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Vitoria. Nice surroundings and close to amenities

The bathroom was very small and dated. The service in the cafeteria was terrible. Every time you wanted a drink or some thing, You had to go down to reception and ask for someone to serve us. Overall not a good visit. We have stayed in NH Hotels many times and this was not up to their usual standards Nice view from the bedroom though

Nice hotel just on the edge of the old town

We stayed for one night. Car park is very small, but the gentlemen on reception made a great effort to secure us a parking slot.

This is the only hotel I’ve been to that advertised air conditioner and it wasn’t turned on in the whole hotel. Sleeping was not pleasant at all. We had to either open a window to a very noisy street or have a noisy fan. Terrible experience

Excellent

stayed just one night. The only negative is that there was no place de parking inside the hotel. But we found one nearby in a nice public parking. Our room ha a vew of the magnificient park and of the cathedral. Very good buffet breakfast. Vitoria lives its reputation of a green city

Nice hotel in a nice spot. Staff were ok but very regimented. Breakfast at 8 do not show up 5 minutes earlier that sort of thing. Could have been a little bit more accommodating in this modern age.
