Lovely hotel and staff

It's a great place to stay, quiet and convenient.

The staff treat you like family. We have come to this hotel for years and appreciate the friendly, responsive and efficient team that has been with this hotel for many years.

Staff was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, what you would expect for a hotel of this level. Bed-sheets and mattresses allowed for a good rest; bathroom was simple (not very new) but shower was correct and with good water pressure. A solid option for budget travelers, whether you go for business or with the family.

The location is good, near the Catholic University, the Musical Theater, and close to downtown. Breakfast is excellent with eggs cooked to order and a wide variety of other breakfast items. However the room is quite squished--two large bags and carry-ons barely fit--and the air conditioning is not occupant controlled.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. A little far from Old Town.

Reasonable hotel in terms of room and good value for money. Negative is the large building site opposite where work started quire early the next morning. Positive is it is fairly close to the city centre, which was very nice on a Friday evening

This hotel is ideal for anyone visiting the Catholic University of Lublin, as it is right next door. This hotel is also very good. The breakfast is excellent. The receptionists are very helpful. Wifi worked, but was a bit slow.

We arrived at 1 a.m. and were at first allocated a room on the 4th floor, when the receptionist saw my husband was disabled, she reallocated us onto the 1st floor. Unfortunately the room was not ready so we used another room for the first night - we moved into the correct room first thing in the morning. The hotel staff were all exceptional. After the first unfortunate night we were extremely pleased with our stay and the way we were treated. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Terrible experience. Although all rooms are indicated to have an AC, it is centrally controlled and is off when the weather is deemed to be cool. However, rooms are stuffy, and opening a window might not be an option if one wants to sleep late because of the noise from a nearby construction site (work starts at 7 AM). The inside noise is bothersome too -- heard the next door neighbors and the steps from above quite well, and the slamming of doors is very audible too.

not all reception staff friendly. menu not enough choice we had to eat same each time.. i booked 5 rooms 2 of which were put guests into rooms they knew were having problems with air condition.. next day they were moved rooms with other guests... not acceptably.

Breakfast good - why can't ANY hotel have efficient toasters !!, city centre just walkable; car parking payments complicated; only downside... shower doors collapsed trapping partner .. once she was extracted repair promptly effected.
