Staff was accommodating, close to everything, great location! Would come back!

We had no warm water for the entire stay

Wish someone there spoke better English. But that didn’t bothers me as much. But what did bother me a lot. Is they need to put a safe and refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was modern and clean, it was also close to the shops and the centre of Cognac. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

The hotel is close to many attractions and restaurants. Cognac from this hotel is very walkable. We had a car and were able to park across the street at a free parking lot that always had space available even thought it’s not very big. The hotel was very spacious, clean, quiet and equipped with AC. The breakfast was a su charge but it was delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who don’t want to break the bank yet want a good comfy clean hotel.

Outstanding location...parking is easy and free once you figure it out. In the middle of everything...fun city.

The photo is representative of the room, but you have to look for a photo of the toilet & the shower. The price reflects the overall condition. The bottom line is at that price, I would still stay there.

Mould in the shower. Toilet took 10 minutes to fill, and smell of sewage after use. Plaster board no finished or painted. Location central. Bed comfy
