SWIMMING POOL was the main reason I booked this hotel, for my 2 children to have a swim after a long day, it does not say on the web page that you have to pre book, it does not say on the Web Page that it is adult only after 7pm. It does not say on the web page that the SWIMMING POOM is part of a kepp fit membership, and that has members that go there 1st thing in the morning and moan about children enjoying themselves while they are trying to get their lengths in. So I think it would be a good idea to lane off part of the pool so health enthusiasts can get their swim done, and children can play in a area that does not disturb the cast of Cocoon. Apart POOLRAGE, nice hotel, good hotel, spacious family room, friendly professional staff, nice evening meal, buffet breakfast was a decent selectiin.

Good hotel with helpful staff.

The Staff were amazing, very helpful and while check in we had a confusion as we needed a connected room while booking had booked due to the fact that it had connected rooms, when we arrived after a 4 hrs. drive noticed that the booking was not as per how i booked. however the lady and the housekeeping staff helped to get a room quickly. this is amazing service, the only -ve i would say is the parking fee.

The reception team excellent and very helpful. Room lovely and clean well presented. Parking for disabled was poor only 4 spaces we could see. Bar very pleasant but extremely expensive. We would stay again

The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. It was useful to have a safe in the room. However it was perhaps a bit more basic than i expected for the price. No hairdryer, fridge and minimum amount of toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were fairly helpful and friendly, but were unable to produce me a separate receipt for parking when requested. The bar was expensive, but hotel prices I expect. The food was reasonably priced and of average quality. The buffet at the conference was good food but could have been presented in a more appetising way - all quite basic, although the pastries at the start were very good!

Checked out of the awful Leonardo hotel and booked into this beautiful hotel, which cost me the same price, the only regret I have is that I didn’t book into this hotel for my full trip, excellent from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, it’s immaculate, food gorgeous very reasonably priced, parking very good price, stay here avoid the Leonardo hotel.

We have definitely enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and huge. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices available. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. sauna and steam. It was fun!

Staff were great the hotel was lovely. The pool and gym could use a refurb but it was a great place to come and we will be coming back in the future. Thank you.
