This place is always great for the price point. It is outdated but still clean! It is not super far from downtown either! Great stay!

The staff was nice and the hotel walking distance to downtown, but the cost for this hotel was absolutely ridiculous. So not nice enough to cost that much.

Great location and friendly staff!! The property is in desperate need of upgrading, the TV and phone didn’t work in our room even after staff attempted to fix them.

The door connecting to the room next door was so hollow that we could hear every sound coming from our neighbors. Other than that, we found our beds to be extremely comfortable. The location was great for a very competitive rate.

The staff were all good but the hotel itself is pretty rundown and in great need of updating.

Very close to downtown

We chose this hotel because it was a reasonable price and had a good location to the downtown Asheville area, which we thought wasn’t worth going to. The breakfast buffet was $16.95, but we didn’t think it was worth it. The food was average,, at best. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking was easy and the staff was friendly. Good coffee in the morning, in the lobby.

Overall was a great place to stay; super clean, friendly staff, and amazing location to downtown.

Easy walking distance to restaurants.

Parking lot was unsecured but felt safe. The hotel was much drabbier in person than it seemed online. We learned they were going to be getting a full renovation soon but it felt like we were there mid-reno. The front lobby was kind of a mess. Didn’t try the breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby was fine. But the staff were all very nice.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It wasn't loud. It worked for me for a weeklong solo hiking trip. Located downtown so youve got all the shopping/eating/drinking within a few blocks. I would stay again!

Room was clean, facility was conveniently located, the staff was super nice. Room could use a little updating, but couldn’t beat the convenience and the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Old building, but comfortable. Situated near downtown and relatively affordable.

I was in town to visit friends and to see a show. The hotel was within walking distance to the venue. The room was clean and very comfortable and the rate was good. I loved downtown Asheville. There was great entertainment and dining also within walking distance.
