The hotel location is very convenient. The room smells didn’t very well. The staffs did not very kindly. The housekeeper did great job.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a suit in the Sheraton hotel next door. It was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Only complainte was that we booked for a breakfast at Best Western but didn’t get a breakfast…he told us he couldn’t offer that to us.

Great value. Stayed there when attending a concert at Roger’s Stadium. 20 min uber ride to tv at Pioneer Village tv. Worked well.

Great property, love the outdoor pool and the gym is ok. Rooms are comfortable

The AC was broken The room felt like an old wet towel. Almost as if it was damp with mold. They shifted us to the Sheraton eventually next door. The AC in that room worked but was weak.

The facility was well maintained. The check in and out were completed quickly with very friendly staff. We would stay here another time.

The price was no where near what I was quoted on Expedia. It was much more.

I just wanted to give a big kudos to the staff at both the Best Western and the Sheraton as they are attached for all their hospitality. Everyone was friendly and eager to help or have a conversation. It made my stay and my daughters very enjoyable.
