Although I don’t recall the receptionist’s name, I would like to highlight the exceptional level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, professional, and very well-organized, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. What stood out the most was the genuine willingness to assist beyond the basics. I asked about places to visit in the city, and the receptionist took the time to provide detailed recommendations, including local attractions, dining options, and helpful tips that made it much easier for me to plan my time. The explanations were clear, insightful, and showed strong knowledge of the destination. The overall attitude was friendly, attentive, and highly professional, creating a very positive first impression of the hotel. This is definitely the WORST IBIS I've ever stayed at. The air conditioning is terrible and doesn't cool the room, there's no refrigerator, the restaurant is closed on Sundays, and the single beds are crammed together. There's only one employee trying to calm things down and offer alternatives, but even so, poor guy, he can't improve the situation.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff, because everything else was quite disappointing. The location is convenient if you need to reach Geneva or the airport, but the rooms are old, in poor condition, very small, and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell. I’m also an ALL Accor Platinum member, and unlike other hotels in the region, there were no perks, no welcome gift, no message, no upgrade, nothing at all. In fact, the room I received was probably the worst on the floor. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not a place I would recommend.

It was a disaster! We got to our initial assigned room, just to find out that the A/C wouldn’t turn on at all. Then we got a new room…where the fan turned on, but later found out that the A/C never got cold. We were there for 5 nights and had to sleep with the windows open…and got bitten by mosquitoes. The bathroom light didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. And here’s the kicker: We asked that no one enter the room while we were staying there. We even confirmed this with the person who checked us in 3 times. We always left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the door. Then, after coming back at the end of one day, we were shocked to see that the maid had entered the room, moved ALL our valuable things just to make the bed, and hung the dirty towels that were on the floor back up on the hooks. We were furious…but the same guy who had originally checked us in was so rude and couldn’t care less. He then proceeded to tell me that had they have a policy where the room has to be cleaned at least every 3 days….something that he NEVER told me, even after confirming with him originally on 3 occasions. If I had known that, we would have left right away. I demanded all our money back, but apparently there are no managers working on the weekends….hmmm…maybe this is the problem…shouldn’t the managers be there to oversee their incompetent staff on the 2 busiest days of the week??? It’s best that no one EVER stay here!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. The accommodation itself had all the essentials, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What really stood out, however, was the genuine kindness that both Irma and Wissam showed us throughout our visit. They were always ready to help, offering tips on local sights, authentic dining spots, and cultural experiences we might have otherwise missed. Irma’s support as an Italian speaker was invaluable. She was patient and attentive, seamlessly guiding us through the language and local customs. Her spontaneous and honest approach instantly put us at ease, and it was clear she took great pride in ensuring we had the best experience possible.
