Decent

Nice hotel. Stayed one night with breakfast. Room was great. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very pleasant. Only thing is that the hotel did not take cash, a minor nuisance.

The property aesthetically looked great it was clean and had great amenities. I had requested a quiet room prior to booking as I needed to get work done and specified that but on arriving I was booked into a room with a crying child and family. To move I had to upgrade and pay for it which is a bit unfair considering I’d requested this prior to attending. The staff member said they couldn’t help that. I think they could. The next room was lovely and quiet but there was an issue with the large bed (which are 2 beds connected to each other) one mattress was lower than the other so it was a bed of 2 halves. I’ve woken up with a bad back this morning.

Lovely breakfast

Clean room, rubbish shower. Bed comfy. The bar is an absolute joke though - you can’t pay by card after 12 at the bar but you can pay by card at reception to top up your room account? Then it all changes and you can pay at the bar by card because I’m staying there? Ridiculous

It was a clean pleasant hotel in an excellent location. I was disappointed that I didn’t have a window to look out of. It made the room dull. I also would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. The restaurant was very good .

We were there before flying from Birmingham airport, very convenient. Pleased that they waived the parking fee, as we were leaving at 3am with no breakfast.

Brilliant hotel with clean and well maintained facilities. Excellent location in the centre of Solihull and very reasonably priced. Staff couldn't do enough for me and were very helpful.

Clean convenient to m5 and lovely helpful staff. BUT advertised facilities include ev charging however the hotel has no control. 2 ev charge points have been out of service for twoweeks The faster 50kw was subject to other guests not disconnecting / leaving the bay once their charge complete. Negating the advantage of choosing this property in the first place

Relaxing stopoff on the way to the SW convenient for the motorway Delicious food served by friendly staff. Restart the journey recharged both body and car!!

The location was perfect with a mall right across the street. The hotel itself and staff were great!

I didn’t use the facilities

Good breakfast and great to have a free pool. Room too hot and noisy. Single glazed windows with commercial bins being moved around and emptied outside at 4am was not good for sleep!
