The disability room was inconvenient no large shower head,sink duffucult to use no kleenex and only 1 set if towels for 2 people.

They did some things to make it fun. First off, after asking the front desk for some towels to use the hot tub, we found out that the hot tub was actually a cold tub. Hard to say which was colder, the hot tub or the pool...After returning to the front desk and asking about the trick to make the hot tub warm, we were informed it was not functioning, so that was a fun walk. Our toilet also added to the fun because it filled up after each flush VERY slowly. So we got to share our flushes to ensure it actually would flush down our deposits. So that was fun. Breakfast was good. Eating options around the hotel were decent. Bed was adequately comfortable. Made good use of the fridge. Not the best hotel we have ever stayed at, but not the worst. It worked for us because we didn’t spend much time at the hotel.

staff were super sweet & the area was safe

It was very noisy, we had a room at the end of the hall near an exit/entrance door. And the ac sounded like it was an off balance washing machine. There were no instructions on how to operate the tv with no tv guide, no info on when breakfast was serve or where. The bathroom is in need of a remodel, very outdated and in disrepair. The only thing positive was the beds were very comfortable with no bed bugs.

Staff not very professional looking, appears to have permanent residents (low income government assistance paying for), room dirty, trash not picked up in room, food even left in refrigerator

Our room was exactly as advertised. Clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly. We were visiting for a wedding. The weather was beautiful. Anything we needed was extremely close and easily accessable.

Lumpy old mattress .. looked like the place hasn't been updated in 40 years or more! Staff out smoking when I went for a blanket in the pm.. nasty coffee in lobby .. worst comfort inn iv ever stayed in..

Room was filthy, and we saw a cockroach on the wall. hobos wandering through the parking lot day, and night.

Good stay

Staff was not dressed professionally. No bedding was provided for couch and was slanted. When requested we were told no pillows or blankets were available. Not enough towels either. Shower curtain was backwards and the hot water took a long time almost thought there wasn’t any. The TV did not work.

The staff was so nice and very accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

Very old and dirty.

Too many people going up and down the stairs

Older property, well cared for, clean with nice staff. Smells good

The bathroom was dirty. The couch was stained. Bed was comfy.

Room was very spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom could use improvement - moldy caulking in the bathroom. Hot breakfast was great.

While the room was very large, and despite being in a very old condition it seemed clean, but the beds were terribly uncomfortable, and there was a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell, which was supposed to be locked. Also it appeared that homeless were also eating the breakfast.
