strategic location because it is in the city center, friendly and helpful staff

Hotel ' s standard kept as promised, ibis is ibis everywhere in the world.

This area is dangerous. The hotel has no security guards. I got my purse, which was placed on the floor just next to my feet, stolen while using my laptop. I lost a lot of money, my passport as well as other important documents. However the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is bad. And a little bit racist towards an asian very too bad service. Ain't gonna stay here no more.

Strategic location, good food, friendly staff but don't expect ibis hotels like in Indonesia, rooms are very small.
