We stayed here as a stopover during a road trip. I called ahead to let the hotel know we would arrive very late because our luggage was delayed at the airport. Although this was noted, when we arrived at 4 AM we were told our room had been cancelled. After I explained the situation, the receptionist eventually gave us the room, but the interaction felt more like asking for a favor than checking into a confirmed booking. After delayed luggage, a 3.5-hour night drive, and no sleep, this was not a great welcome. Parking was limited, so I had to park quite far away. Getting to the room was also inconvenient, requiring an elevator down, a long walk, and then another elevator up. On the positive side, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice port view. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. We might stay again for a one-night road trip stop, but the arrival experience and room access could definitely be improved.

We didn’t arrive until 01.30 due to our train been delayed, check in was quick they had our room key ready to hand straight over. Room was fine, only thing I didn’t like was dog food and water bowl in bathroom (they were clean) found this quite off putting when we weren’t bringing an animal. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Minimal room, nice average hotel.

Very small room, no desk, no chair or anywhere to put an ooen suitcase.

Outstanding breakfast buffet! Restaurant also very good for dinner with 10% discount for guests. Beautiful city and coast villages to explore.

Great easy stay. Clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed, made it very easy for us to have our dog with us and provided water bowl for him in the room.

Nice and close to everything.

Room was nice, location was good. They were doing construction & renovations on the hotel so some things were torn up and dusty. The room was very hot, and there is no AC - so we had to leave the windows open for airflow which was incredibly noisy with the street & traffic noise (and it was a Monday - I can’t imagine if it were a weekend). It also meant it was very bright in the room and hard to sleep because we couldn’t close the curtains. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy to find street parking or use their garage.

Very nice staff, location, room. A great value with breakfast. Nice area atoundbhotel, very vlose to train and bud station. Now s Strawberry hotel and that a good sign of quality.

All staff were super helpful and very accomodating. Really enjoyed my stay. Need to advertise details about limited hotel parking as friend had hire car stolen from adjacent road where he was advised to park. Would visit again.

Rummet städas allför sällan

Hotellet har ju verkligen sett bättre dagar. Rummen är helt kala och opersonliga. Allt i hotellet känns gammalt och nött Vi hade dessutom en del problem med vårt rum. Översvämning i duschen tex Personalen är dock helt fantastiska så det höjer ju vistelsens betyg.

Frukosten var perfekt i storlek och utbud. Lekrummet var en välsignelse eftersom vi hade små barn i vårt sällskap. Personalen är alltid väldigt välkomnande och effektiva. Rummet var stort och rymligt.

Trevligt och prisvärt

Rummet var väldigt dåligt städat. Det första jag möttes av var en ”rea-lapp” från ett klädesplagg i knallrött som hängde på dörren in till toaletten. Omöjlig att missa om man hade varit där och städat. Badrummet hade väldigt mycket hår vid handfatet. I övrigt var personal trevlig och frukost bra.

Frukosten, läget och hotellet är bra.
