Incredible location, views, etc

Great hotel - ideal location close to the beach and amenities, beautiful view of the beach and sea, very nice food with a range of options, clean and tidy hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Allows dogs and cats for an extra fee. Outdoor parking by the hotel under a car port. We have stayed in this hotel before and we will be coming back again.

Great location, Sant Pol is prettier than the main part of Sant Feliu de Guixols and has more facilities than S'Agro beach.

Very nice hotel, great location, friendly staff, nice food. Only minor downside was that there were almost no English channels on the TV so nothing interesting to watch in the evening.

Good: Overall we had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The pool area is very comfortable. Bad: The hotel is dated, should be a 3 star instead of the advertised 4. Breakfast should be improved, the coffee machines are terrible.

Location is great

Even though the hotel was mostly empty we were denied an upgrade to a room with a view. I have stayed there before and was was very disappointed that they would dare to ask for an extra $10 fir sea view. We stayed the one night that was booked and moved to another hotel with a better appreciation of its repeat customers!

Beautiful sea view, clean room, great breakfast, and very good staff

Wonderful location! Close to beach & restaurants. Super comfortable beds. Nice room. Helpful staff. The air conditioning & 'black out' drapes helped us get a wonderful night's sleep. Appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. Also, loved the spacious balcony! Shower & bath was very nice too. Highly recommend this hotel! 😀

Let's start with positives. Really good and convenient hotel placement. The whole beach area is nice, actually. Also food was really good - one of better ones in hotels I stayed in all over Spain. Good variety, and well cooked in most cases. If I need to be really picky, then no salt in some dishes (felt like it at least) and poor desert selection, but later one is actual for Spain in general - looks like they prefer meat and whine...which suits me just fine. Room itself was on a small side, but with good enough bathroom and great view from the balcony. AC was acting weird - living it's own life almost (and my friends from another room said the same), but it was some unknown brand, so I assume it's not there on the same level with best ones. But it worked and was placed well on the wall minimizing risks of getting sick. Also pool is rather nice - maybe not so nice if your kids don't know how to swim as it starts from 1 meter and it's already 2.1 meter deep when you get to the center. Not many people are using it though (which is a good thing usually) - probably because the beach is so close. But one thing really annoyed me - staff. There was a German guy on reception who seemed to be one the most unfriendly people I have ever met. And that's a default setting - you don't need to ask anything, so even saying "hello" is enough to trigger his angriness. Other staff like restaurant waiters are also not the best - getting the wine cart was always hard. But in general - it's good.

Chose this hotel due to its prime location, it has fantastic views as long as you dont get a room overlooking the car park. Weather was great, just what we needed although it did rain one of the days. Nice housekeepers who brought us extra pillows on request, my husband loved the breakfast selection on offer, stone throw away from the beach and a short walk to the main high street with all the bars, restaurants and shops. Reception staff very helpful many languages spoken.

Really nice hotel, extremely well located, clean, spacious, nice staff, and room view a lovely view. Because the hotel wasn’t busy, they upgraded us to room with a sea view (Sant Pol beach), which was a pleasant surprise and really made our stay. We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that. We stayed during a quiet period, and were able to park outside, but it’s a bit fiddly trying to get to the hotel by car as our sat nav got the one way system wrong. My key card stopped working after one day for some strange reason but reception dealt with it quickly. All in all we can’t fault this lovely hotel which is very inclusive.

Nice room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Room door did not close by itself and elevator almost cut off my husband’s arm. Buffet dinner was awful—everything on a steam table. Reminded us of the school cafeteria, although they had good ice cream

We had a room at the back of the hotel but realised that we wanted to be at the front with a sea view. We asked the guy at reception and he was very abliging and gave us a room at the front straight away. The view was lovely. The food was great, with a large choice. Very relaxing.

It was great, comfy bed and very friendly staff
