Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities!

Really disappointed. I booked a deluxe room which I’ve stayed in before. You used to get a facecloth, individual toiletries, a bath robe and free water in the fridge. This time none of these. Apart from A walk in shower instead of a bath, what differences are we paying for?? I also asked when I checked in if it would be ok if I stayed until 12pm instead of 11am and that I was happy to pay. The man at reception said it would be fine and complementary. Unfortunately it appeared he hadn’t written this on my room, so at 11.10, the staff were ringing me to say I had to leave. I tried to explain that I’d asked to leave at 12pm/ but to no avail

Nice clean hotel, comfy bed, great shower. But please can you provide water for people staying in a four star hotel and arriving late. Makes such a difference and can’t understand why some Hilton hotels do and some don’t.

Lovley upgraded modern room. Bar and lobby didn’t feel cosy. Menu limited . Didn’t have any Sauvignon blanc - could only end of what was left on bottle. A bit pricey for what was pub food at best. Curry wasn’t very hot temperature.

Clean, nice decor and staff were really friendly

The room was very clean. The heater didn't work, but was swiftly fixed. The bed was massive, comfortable and cosy. Irina(Erina) shone and looked after us to an excellent standard. Breakfast was superb

Th hotel was close to the venue but not much else. It took a long time to get to an back from anywherre outside of Croydon.

Hi I’ve just rushed myself to the hospital as I’ve had the worst case of bites outbreak to my body. I thought it was just me but my girlfriend who I was in the room with has the same symptoms. The bed was full of bed bugs. I have big bumps all over my body. I literally paid money to go get bitten. Their staff are great but this outbreak has ruined my week

Clean, quick check in. Additional parking charge. Heating system either didnt work or was overly complicated, so much so that we had to have our room changed. £90 to use the sauna is extortionate.

a really nice clean hotel at a good price

The staff is professional, courteous, warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff did a horrible job overall (they do not vacuum the rug under the table, they did not clean the bathroom properly, nor did they make the beds properly. Also, the sheets had clear visible signs of being unclean and they did not change the sheets. I believe that it's certain days that they change the sheets. Yuck!!! And this place is not cheap, so a big thumbs down to the cleaning staff. The food variety could be broadened here as well, people from all walks of life and culture stays in this hotel, so Hilton, try to be more versatile with the menu. Also, breakfast time should end at 11am. The location of the gym is also inconvenient. That's all. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful the property the food the staff were all wonderful except I had to pay for the parking £17.50 which I thought was not really suitable. I wasn’t happy with that one.

Peaceful and clan environment

Besides the handle of the door coming off and being trapped in our room, the heating not being adjustable and roasting in bed and someone trying to sledgehammer their way into our room from above at 6am, the stay was fine.
