Great locations.

Staff were polite, thoughtful and helpful. Parking was easily accessible. The place was clean and tidy and well presented. Access to a laundry machine was free including laundry detergent. The fitness area and equipment were well kept in a nice space.

Parking was good , rooms were very nice and quiet.only stayed one got but would recommend, did not check gym and hot tub.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean and updated. Located very conveniently to downtown. Have stayed 3 times here and never had issues or any noise problems. Has a nice hot tub in the hotel and a high end steak house even. Would recommend if staying in Trail!

Great clean and spacious room with a nice hot tub.

Room was great - the bed was so comfortable. Convenient location within walking distance of where we needed to go. We had dinner in the restaurant. Prices are more than we usually like to spend, but the food was amazing!

Hotel access was great, easy parking, staff welcoming and knowledgeable. Room, while a bit dated was clean. All in all a good experience

Easy to get in lots of room quiet

A lovely, hotel with comfortable and spacious room, lovely linens, and a great on-site restaurant. We appreciated the coupon for a complimentary appetizer at the restaurant, and must say that the main course we ordered was absolutely delicious. It’s a small restaurant and somewhat pricey, but lovely atmosphere and great stuff.

Great location 1 block from the hockey rink. Clean, quiet room. Workout room was nice as well.
