Many kids this weekend because of hockey tournaments. We understand, its ok😊👍

The room was clean. However, one of the duvets was really lumpy! It never should have been used. There were no facecloths or hand towels. Someone was using a drill at 11:50 pm on the floor I was on.

Bathroom shampoo , body wash and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. Staff not friendly at all

Staff was friendly at check in. The room was standard and comfortable so no complaints there. The gym is really odd and very small. When you’re running on the treadmill your view is the pool which I found weird. Overall I would say it was just okay, nothing special but certainly not bad either.

Nice rooms. Thought we would have a tub but we didn’t. Floors 7/8 are showers only. Tv channels are basic cable, no smart TV or Netflix options was a bummer. AMC. Channel was muted
