It was a great stay in the heart of the city. Clean and big rooms and gently staff.

Lack of facial tissues in rooms ! Not enough complimentary water bottles. Needs better in-room coffee. No smart tv's. No easy grab and go coffee, water or tea at hotel restaurant. Everything else was very good. Personnel at reception really outstandig. Great service from staff. Good parking.

Super céntrico! Price value está bien. Necesita mejorar en la atención al cliente. No hay bell boy y no había nadie ayudando con las maletas… y la señorita que nos atendió, con “0” disposición para solucionar o resolver. Al día siguiente, el señor en recepción muy atento.

We really liked this hotel which was well placed for all the excitement that Burgos has to offer. We were allowed an early check-in. Rooms were great with simple decoration

I had a great stay, the hotel is perfectly located and the rooms are very nice. AC was a huge plus, as were the blackout curtains

Great location! Helpful staff. Yes—there is (paid) parking at the hotel, but the narrowness of the entry/exit to the underground lot is a huge deterrent (they warned us when we arrived.) There is a coffee maker, but the only nearby outlet requires moving the coffee maker onto the floor.

Nice hotel in a great location near the old town. Unfortunately at this time of year the air conditioning is not turned on so the room was unbearable hot. Fan was provided but not effective. Also the description said a balcony was there but it is a window that opens. Need to update the description. Nice overall

Fast check-in process. We arrive earlier than check-in time and they were able to accommodate us with 3 out of our 4 rooms. Special thanks to Aiza and Estafania for their great service. Rooms were clean but small. Location was perfect for exploring Burgos Cathedral and old town. Only downside is the weather was usually hot for April and AC was not turned on at hotel until the later warmer months. Hotel was able to provide us with a fan. Overall a great stay. We enjoyed Burgos
