Car park gets full quickly, random people sitting around the car park. Cars parked in unmarked bats making it hard to drive around.

Friendly staff, but possibly the worst shower I have ever used

Great budget hotel decent food at evening meal and breakfast Had problem with License so unable to get a alcohol drink but I expect that will be resolved

Room had to be changed 3 times due to bathroom not clean and water pressure so Low ,3rd given and the bathroom had no toiletries. When question at the reception why the toiletries not been filled staff couldn’t give me an answer. I ask them to fill but said no! Another staff approached me and got involved with the conversation and told me to go to shop and buy 1 … Maya I believe this was her name was so rude and kept on laughing in my face! I feel so angry that I had to walk away as no manager was available to speak to

Location was good for us, close to family.

Room and front desk staff fine. Nobody ate in restaurant. Found out why. Chef is a nightmare. Miserable sob, service with a snarl. Made a huge fuss of cleaning the whole floor grumbling about the mess id made by a couple of drops spilt from my tea as I carried it. Rude doesn't even cover it. Why any company would employ such a miserable unpleasant man is beyond me.

On entrance to the hotel it was beautiful, welcoming airy feel with a nice bar/restaurant. However check in was a nightmare and we had to wait 10 minutes, once you leave the main atrium and walk through to go to your room the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained and the lift scared the life out of you. We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year, and the housekeeping had window shut & no fan. It was a wall of heat. We didnt sleep for even an hour the whole night. The bathroom was awful, you pulled the flush and the whole top unit moved, the bath/shower was something from the 1950s. Staff very unfriendly. Ok for a desperate measure but for max of 1 night only.

Clean room comfortable good parking

wouldn't stay again. room was untidy with wet towels and not well maintained. The hotel bar didn't open at all while we were there even though we kept getting told it would open.

Overall the hotel was nice and clean, room was clean. The downfall was the bed, my god it was so uncomfortable the mattress was so thin I may aswell of slept on the floor luckily my room had a single bed too, so I slept on top of the double bed to try and make it a bit more comfortable for myself and used the single beds duvet. It wasn't the greatest of nights.

Room was clean friendly staff. Not much to do in area but was cheap and cheerful. Breakfast was not the greatest, bread was hard so was unable to make toast. Personally I would not visit here again.

The room was clean and comfortable with decent tea and coffee making facilities that could be topped up from reception. There was some scuffs and dents in panels in the bathroom particularly but the beds were comfy and fir the price it was perfect for a quick stop while visiting family.

Bar Staff Hope was amazing and made my stay very enjoyable and welcoming. Disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open for an evening meal but the breakfast was good. Would stop there again only if the restaurant is open.

Yes good breakfast menu although my husband and I only people there sat with the chef nice chap
