Very nice backing the “Brown River”! 👍

This is a return visit to the area and my second stay here. I am impressed with how quiet it is here, despite being in a busy part of Moncton. The entire experience was great, starting with the genuine and friendly staff and the beautiful first impression of the hotel.

Totally satisfied with this hotel.

We thought the hotel was clean, quiet and room was spacious. The breakfast was included and had good choice of options for hot and cold. Staff at the front desk were friendly, informative and efficient.

The Chateau Moncton never disappoints. It is tastefully renovated, but even more importantly the rooms are also comfortable. The staff is helpful and pleasant

Why

The location was great When booking online, it said the room slept 5. Therefore we expected a cot or pull out couch. When there was none, I enquired at the desk and was told there was a $15 plus tax fee for a cot.

Friendly staff, nice breakfadt, lovely rooms

I recently stayed two nights at Château Moncton, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! I rented a suite with the bed facing the river — waking up to that beautiful view was simply amazing. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, offering everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The customer service was outstanding — the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The complimentary continental breakfast was also far beyond what I expected, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. Château Moncton is in a perfect walkable location, close to the mall, local shops, and restaurants. The tidal bore is visible right from the hotel, and the boardwalk is just two steps away — perfect for a beautiful walk along the riverfront. If you’re looking for the best place to stay in Moncton with exceptional service, stunning river views, and a prime location, I would definitely recommend Château Moncton. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit!
