I stayed at this hotel with my partner for one night on a long weekend. The staff at the hotel were very attentive, customer service is above and beyond. Our room was comfortable and very clean. I liked the soap, shampoo etc. on tap. Ridiculous that they charge for access to movies - that is a bit of a rip off - nowhere else does this anymore. The late checkout at 1pm was perfect. We were able to go to breakfast and enjoy a massage at the spa prior to checking out. We enjoyed the hosted hour that was part of our package, although it would have been good to have a light snack to go with the wine such as cheese and crackers and/or nuts. We also enjoyed the mulled wine and smores experience as we were the only ones on that day so had the fire pit to ourselves - very romantic and lovely. The grounds of the mansion are stunning so a very beautiful place to wander and enjoy. A bit more info before our stay would have been useful. i.e. didn't bring swimming gear to use pool, sauna etc. We were given a voucher to come back and access those facilities at another time by the onsite spa which was a lovely gesture. Quite pricey, but overall an indulgent weekend and well worth it.

We had a fantastic stay at Lancemore Mansion and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and everything was well presented. A special thank you to Renee, who was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Her exceptional customer service really made a difference and is a credit to the team. We would highly recommend Lancemore Mansion and look forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful experience! We went with our young family, was perfect! The food was delicious, the rooms and bathrooms very clean and beds very comfy. The kids loved the pool, very relaxing environment. The staff were SO freindly, they said good morning when you walked past, even acknowledged our children. Our son was a bit upset as we were leaving and a lovely gentleman from Joseph's resturant, came out with a colouring activity for him, which made his day. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

We enjoyed a relaxing family stay at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park — a refined and spacious property offering beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and genuinely warm service. While not inexpensive, the elegance of the hotel and the comfort of the family suite made it well worth it. Pros: -Luxurious, spacious family-style rooms -Peaceful atmosphere -Beautifully landscaped grounds -Excellent dinner restaurant -Friendly and proactive staff -Great pool and spa access -A historic setting. Cons: Cramped and average breakfast buffet Getting There & Entrance: Located around 40 minutes west of Melbourne within expansive parklands, the turnoff to the hotel is easy to miss — we accidentally continued on toward the zoo. The access road itself is unpaved, so something to be mindful of if you have a new car, as loose gravel can be flicked up by passing vehicles. Arrival, however, is impressive — the grand entrance and historic mansion setting feel almost castle-like. Inside, the old-world charm continues, and next to reception sits a large billiard table, hinting at some relaxed family fun. Check-in: Service was excellent from the outset. The hotel contacted us via SMS prior to arrival to confirm bed configuration, and again on the day to let us know our room was ready early. This was matched by a warm, friendly welcome at reception, with staff who were personable and engaging. Room: Our family accommodation consisted of two interconnecting rooms with a small private vestibule, located at the quiet end of the hotel above the spa. The space was generous, beds were very comfortable, and the peaceful setting made for a great night’s sleep. Facilities & Activities: The hotel features a large heated indoor pool (approximately 20 metres) and a spacious spa, which were a highlight for the kids. As this area is connected to the hotel’s spa and wellness facilities, it can lean toward a quieter, more tranquil atmosphere — something to be mindful of, as families and relaxation-seeking couples share the space. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and well worth exploring. We came across a lovely rose garden nearby, and the historic mansion next door offered an interesting glimpse into the area’s past. A short walk away, Shadowfax Winery is a must-visit — its restaurant serves one of the best pizzas I’ve had. We didn’t visit the nearby zoo this time, but reception staff spoke highly of it. Restaurant – Joseph’s Dining: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very impressed. Our steaks were some of the best we had, cooked to perfection, and the King Prawn Roll was a standout — a small but delightfully delicious snack reminiscent of the lobster rolls I used to enjoy in the North East of the US. I only wish I had ordered two of them! Breakfast: This was the only slight letdown. The buffet area felt cramped, particularly when larger families arrived, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The hot food selection was fairly limited and average in quality. A standout, however, was the cold-press juice station, with pre-cut fresh ingredients — a thoughtful and healthy addition, even if a little slow to use. Overall: A wonderful and memorable stay for the family. We checked out on a Friday and were glad we had enjoyed the hotel during its quieter period, as it was noticeably busier by then with families and wedding guests arriving. The peaceful atmosphere we had appreciated shifted slightly, but overall, this remains a beautiful, refined escape that we would happily recommend.

What a magnificent experience. I booked hubby & I a sneaky staycation and opted for the Indulgence Package. Rooms were beautiful, cozy beds, cleanliness and great views. We also had a 4 course dinner at Joseph restaurant which we could not fault, scrumptious & the staff very welcoming. The Shadowfaux experience was also a highlight 10/10, we didnt leave empty handed lol, wine for months & im not complaining But for us, the highlight was the spa treatment. Hubby had the 60 min full body massage and I swapped my 60 min for a 30 min massage and 30 min facial. Upon arrival Maira made us feel very welcome, beautiful smile to greet us and showed us what and where we needed to go. After heading downstairs we were greeted by the amazing Perri & Jasmine who assisted in our massages and facials. 10/10 the best indulgence I've had to date and I've had quiet a few. I would highly recommend Werribee Mansion & Lancmore Spa to anyone looking to relax, unwind and be pampered, go click BOOK NOW, i will not be disappointed!!! I walked in looking a million bucks but walked out FEELING a million bucks. Huge thanks to Perri & Jasmine for our incredible spa experience. This will definitely be on our to do list again & again Lilly & Santo Addamo
