Utterly disappointed. The hotel looks like an old senior home, lighting on the hallway was depressing. We got a standard room with 2 queen bed. No armchairs, no closet, no cloth hangers. Just a room with 2 beds, a tiny desk and a tiny fridge at the corner. We ended up using the ironing board to “hang” our jackets. The washroom was moldy, door paint chipped off. The foyer was dirty, we wrapped it with damped cloth, it became dark grey. There is no competition in the area, so they don’t even care.

Every one of the staff was exceptional. We had two rooms. One was beautiful, the other I’d say was very good - it needed a bit of love.

The floor of the livinr room and bathroom are dirty, not even swept. Maintenence dept need to do a better job.

Staff were great when checking in. Hotel was clean and very nice. Rooms and bed were comfortable. Hotel wifi was solid and could do editing work and upload files. Overall very satisfied!

There were lots of hair on the floor that seems they didn’t vacuum. The bath tub was dirty. The hotel is close to McDonald’s.

Everything is perfect

We booked the stay last minute ahead of our trip to Niagara Falls for New Years Eve so we could get ahead of a winter storm. It ended being a highlight of the trip, my kids declared it the best breakfast ever and they loved everything about the hotel. While it’s not right in Niagara Falls, it’s very close by and equally close to many other fun attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely book this hotel again.

The room was spotless and very well maintained, though the amenities felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. The entrance was impressive, and the rooms themselves were lovely. With some improvements to the room walls and amenities like the air conditioning, the experience would be even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The build-your-own pizzas at the restaurant were delicious, and Shasha was very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process and assisting us at the InPiazza restaurant.

Best breakfast I've ever had included in a hotel stay, hands down. Small pool but good water temperature. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!

Being the room was divided. A bedroom and a sitting area. Nice and spacious! Loved the atmosphere. Staff was helpful in finding me a church service for Christmas morning. Pool hours were accommodating. Had a great stay. Look forward to returning.
